Frame Speeds to add after new engine

We basically are at our limit for frame speed given that we have idle animation bugs running rampant. Please post your frame speed additions you would like to add into a set so we can compile them with the new frame speed engine when it is debugged

A bunch of small / situational, but useful tweaks to Ganondorf that should get him gold in addition to the final fixed choke.

CAM -- if previous action is shield and current action grab, replace with dash grab. Useless without Dash Grab speed mod below.

Nair doesn't have too much purpose right now. This makes it a situational GTFO aerial move, but still not anything special.

Pivot Grab and Dash Grab speed ups. Did anyone make these?

If it's tethers I could, just post the IDs up here to confirm (IIRC it's the next two IDs on standing grab <_<).

I didn't mean it that way, I meant my latest post. Which hasn't been responded to yet. But if it makes you feel better I can still think of you as a nobody.

All of these need testing. These are dash/pivot grab speed-ups for anyone who needs them but don't have them yet.

Also for all I know Lucas is the only one with the cool pivot grab...so I sped-up everyone else's but his. =V

Toon Link's Dash/Pivot (10 frames suppose to be cut off so both last 84 frames over orig. 94)

NOTE: Due to these characters' lack of frame data, I assume the duration of the grab box is 4 frames like TL, and thus speed-up the frame 4 away from the start-up unless stated otherwise.

I've been thinking about our approach to tether grabs. Basically, they had slow startup, mid-long range, and paint-drying cooldown. We trimmed off some of the end, balancing some of the risk for the reward, but many tether grabs are still pretty telegraphed due to their startup.

What I'm saying is, it might be worth applying a total, lesser speed up to the entirety of some tether grabs, rather than just shaving off some of the end (or possibly speeding up the beginning and leaving the end vanilla) -- we took a blanket approach, but it might not hurt to go back and look for what really would work best for each character. Now, I realize it was a little premature of me to bring this up before I had any specific characters to investigate in mind, but I just thought I'd get people thinking about it.
