.______.

Is there really nothing I can do during fox's uthrow chaingrab? from like 0-60 ish, it's ridiculous.

I can sometimes jump out, but that's usually after 60. Besides that, DI left, DI right, no DI..?

Any chaingrab data would be seriously appreciated, or just tips overall. Don't get grabbed is a good tip (fox's are easy as long as I don't get grabbed) but anything more?

I thought it was like 15-60ish cuz you can di and fastfall at under 15% without fox being able to grab you quite easily. I guess this is holy really viable on FD, as a falco and fox main I use this **** against falco all the time when I use fox. IMO this balances out the Horizontal control of falco ( lasers ) and vertical control ( d-air ) on FD. And on chaingrab data, I can provide you with none =[.

I want to expect better of you, but I know not to
if Fox grabs you on FD and you leave hitstun under 50%, consider yourself lucky...

DI up -> shine escapes boring old uthrow chaingrab somewhere in the 30s (see PC vs. M2K from 2006/2007), but Fox then can just usmash and follow that up, so yea...

edit: Wait, what the hell? I thought Fox's chain grab on Falco was automatic 50% from 0 regardless of DI and other stuff.

yea, well, it's fox, so uthrow -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> moveset -> usmash is a guaranteed and unescapable 5120394752493584372057% death combo.... so I guess what I'm getting at is that you should try to not get grabbed.

I dislike how Sheik can only say moveset 14 times when she's tech chasing or comboing whereas Fox can say it 51 times and it'll all work seamlessly.

But seriously, you can shine out of u-throw CG at 30? I can't say I've ever seen a Falco do that to Fox. I guess more reason to u-tilt at 30 then.

it's something like 30, I dunno exactly cause if Fox sees you with no horizontal DI at 30 nowadays, they just utilt regrab or usmash -> w/e.

if you watch the whole FC6 set, you'll see PC do it a lot.

I DI left and right until 30 then don't DI at all i found that that throws them off. Of course now that its out in the open it won't work anymore :)

The chainthrow is guaranteed until at least 50% if fox does it right, but if he misses even a little bit falco should be trying to get out a shine like PC was doing in the video, because that's the fastest thing you can do and gives the fox little window to mess up.

I know the Fox ditto chain grab %, I'm sure it's very similar to Falco.

Chain grab till 50% if they DI up. If they DI left or right you can grab till 70%.

I'm able to mash out of his grab if he even goes for one pummel up to 35%. That should help.
