Doofensmirtz realized He spent more time trying to end the town, then being with his own daughter. He tries to build a time machine, and go back to when she was born to give her the childhood he wished he had. Then he steps into the time machine...

Because of the grandfather paradox, Doofenshmirtz's life become synonymous with pain and torment, banished to the ninth circle of hell for recreating tartarus through the killing of one's own grandfather.

(this dose not count) to be honest i started the Marx spreading Communism thing but then Thanos, Doofensmirtz, and Waluigi came out of nowhere. its kind of how the game works.
