I play to do well (win), but my mood definitely affects how well I play. Generally, when I'm in a good mood and feeling wiry I'll be more unpredictable and I'll play faster. However, if I'm feeling tired and low-key, my game just drops and it's pretty obvious I'm not palying well because of it. I guess I"m kinda both, but since I know what this thread is getting at, I'll say I play to win.

for fun. a game without fun is, by definition, work.

it's important to be competitive and all either way, but i think it's easy to tell the difference between those playing to win and those playing for fun (ie., whether they steal the ledge of the recovering player and whatnot).
