Maven I'm curious about this.

I'm trying to find the specific game, but there was a game where we were neighbors, he was scum and convinced me in our QT he was town the entire game and made me serve as his lackey throughout it.

Maven89 Zen doesn't need to be at L-1 this early in the Day phase. I would like to keep the Day going to hear more from Soup specifically.

I think both Zen and Soup are great options for a lynch -- but I also think we'll lose this game if Zen / Soup isn't the exact scum team.

since the beginning of the Day, I've been heavily considering the idea of a Ryker / Zen scum team. I think both Gheb's and Bardull's flips point in that direction, especially if you look at who they thought was scum. I have more extensive reasoning on that I've been holding off on posting because I wanted to hear from other slots first. (I'll probably post it tomorrow)

I'm not sure what I make of Ryker's Zen push. I don't really know where it came from. He goes from having a town read on Zen and wanting to lynch Ruy d1 to doing the opposite toDay in thinking Ruy is town and Zen is scum. For Zenscum he's using conclusions that he could have made yesterDay. I'm curious about what exactly led to the change of heart. (Ryker if you're town, I do appreciate the push)

The reason I think we'll lose the game if Zen / Soup isn't the scum team is that we only have 2 mislynches left. Assuming we use our lynches on Zen / Soup and only Zen flips scum but soup town. I'm pretty confident that townRuy and townVult will lynch myself or maven over the much scummier Ryker. Especially now after this potential Zen bus from ryker.

Vult Redux I mostly posted that so that you and ruy would be wary of the Ryker / Zen team. And not instalynch Maven if soup flips town and I'm dead.

If you have three locked town, and both Masons are not in that group, you simply need a Mason claim in the other group. I don't even have to be your other town read, it can be anyone.

It is optimal for a Mason to claim today, because one of them is going to be night killed with nearly a 100% chance because of the mafia role cop last night.

Assuming worst case scenario -- we lynch a townie -- mafia will kill Mason, leaving Mafia, Mafia, Unclaimed Mason, Townie, Townie. Mafia can either counter claim partnership with the dead Mason if they can show the bread crumbs line up or they can leave the clear as hammerer.

Again, assuming we lynch townie, there's a 2/3 chance that mafia hits a Mason. Of course this is also assuming that they are robots incapable of making an educated guess. In reality, the chances of hitting a Mason are probably closer to 100 than it is to 66. The same scenario as above plays out. On the chance that they do not hit Mason, then we have Mafia, Mafia, Mason, Mason, Townie. Mafia can either CC the Masons for an all or nothing, leaving the townie as the clear. Or they can let the Masons decide between the three unclears.

I don't anyone is arguing against this at this point but I think Zen > Soup lynch. because Zen is better read on the game and Soup (or Maven... or Ryker... if we're being really generous) will probably make a less optimal kill.

Mac I'll try to be more brownie townie. But dude all you've done this game is tunnel Ryker and all your reads are based off him. It's been extremely hard to try and discuss things with you because of it. It's actually made it harder to try and actually read Ryker, because you paint everything he does as scummy. Even if he is scum, not every post is a scum tell.
