Ok. 12 hour break for me. I'm going to let you guys hammer out all these other issues you want to talk about. I've made my logic known, and you all know I think it's ridiculous to disagree on most of it, but if you really think I could fake a facebook log with time stamps in 3 minutes that include small talk about our other brother's game dev project, and live timestamped convo, then you have to ask yourself: why would be just happen to be faking it right then and there? No one has asked us for such logs in public before. We had no reason to guess that Potassium would do so. And we're two busy dudes. To think that we'd spend all game talking on facebook about fake stuff and not real scum conversation, is simply insane.
Furthermore, I'd invite any of you to look at the timestamps both in the facebook chat and compare them to the posts that were made in game. Compare the times. Remember, we're on Eastern Time, in case you are off an hour or two.
If you notice carefully, we'll react to each other as we catch things AS THEY ARE POSTED, and then say "i'll reply here" and then we do.
I don't know what else to say, and I can't understand for the life of me how you take what we've done in the last few hours and say "you're playing scummy..." NONE of that adds up.
We're going to have a long talk about meta when this game is over. We feel like the D-Games meta has deteriorated, and a lack of respect for logic and basic CSI style investigation being gone is simply absurd. What you call mechanical, a CSI team would call thorough. We present what is needed when asked. We don't spend the whole day walking around the block to every single person talking to them about what sort of eggs they were cooking when someone died. We consider motives and methods of killing. We consider potential connections between players. We post facts, and we postulate opinions and look for connections. If an "arrest" needs to be made, then we make the "arrest." The problem is, we lost our dragonstones "arresting" someone who practically said "I did it" and then shot at spectators. AND we're "off-duty" on even days and can't do our jobs taking care of the person most likely to be involved.
This is the silliest mafia game I've ever played, and believe me, I can't wait for it to be over. We need to remove emotions when the game is done, avoid flaming, and just have an honest talk about meta. Have a talk about motivations. Let's let all of our info out and spend some time looking at what happened this game, because I think we can all get better at this game if we stop for a few days at the end and engage in some good conversation. We disagree with a lot of you about a lot of things, but we don't think that makes you a bad person. We genuinely are interested in having the conversation at the end. Whether we die before the game ends or make it to the end at this point is less important to us than the conversation we can have afterwards.
Of course, it'd be nice if we won first, and I think there's a clear path to that right here and right now.

I agreed with your post because of the higher %scum comment. I'm sad that you think my posts are barely worth reading because they are full of content, and appeal to logic, rather than emotion.
If Kary separates, then Kary has no action, and can't kill. Kary should absolutely NOT separate.
What do you know about Sokr that we don't?

Dude I'd be literally 100% dead toMorrow if I failed to make any kill after using up Kary's action.
Why the hell would I do that? Believe me, I'm not about to throw my life away like that. I want Kary to separate so Zen is wide open toMorrow. I'm shooting toDay. Not doing so is writing my own death sentence.
I know that Sokr trusts me and I trust that he will make the right decision toMorrow if my kill toDay doesn't yield scum.

How do we see this playing out with a Ran flip? It seems to me that it leaves us in chaos, regardless of his flip.
Now if we shoot FML today and he flips scum, what does that mean for us nextDay? Some interesting info regarding how he's distanced himself from certain players as the heat built, how others have responded to the case, etc. We actually have interactions to work with, from the most active player in any game ever. THAT is info that I think we can work with.
If we shoot FML today and he flips town, then holy **** we have to switch gears. At that point, I would look HEAVILY into Ran. He would be my first candidate, and Potassium would be significantly lower on my list of targets.
My point is that we gain the most from an FML flip today, and we gain very little from a Ran flip today. Playing the odds AND playing the long game are both important, and they both all land back on one person.
Why am I still posting? I want to sleep......

Everything you said about FML scum flip applies to Ran as well... it's a matter of who's scum not a matter of who leaves us in a better position on a town flip.
