Before I start this off, yes I know there is a FFCCCB thread already BUT that thread is almost 2 years old.

Crystal Chronicles is the Nintendo exclusive branch of Final Fantasy. With Real time action(AKA button mashing), this strays majorly from the original Final Fantasy.

Well in Crystal Bearers the player AKA Layle does not become a hero, he is already one, so say good by to some character growth. The game play involves you picking up stuff, throwing them and growing Cactaurs. Aside from magic, Layle will be able to use, in a Crystal Chronicle first, GUNS. The four Tribes(Clavats,Yukes,Selkies and Liltiies) are present as well.

Personally I believe this game is going to be Crystal Chronicles technologically Final Fantasy VII. Guns, mass use of Airships and modern urbanization are present.

I'm **** excited for this, it looks like a ton of fun too.

For a second there I thought this game might have been canceled since I hadn't heard anything about it in like 2 years.

It's a little disappointing that they took out multiplayer for this. That was one of the things I liked about the original CC.

This game looks like it will be fun. I didnt like the gameplay of the first crystal chronicles games, so im glad for this change. I could use a new FF anyway, at least until I buy a PS3

Who doesn't want a free trip to TGS 09, a Wii, and Crystal Bearers? I thought so. Chances are, you want at least one of those three.
