Because it's just the account of one person. It's no different from the myriads of other people who have claimed to have seen UFO's. It's not news.

If there was any truth to this we probably wouldn't be reading it.

My best friend told me that not too long ago his mom was questioned by FBI agents about any abnormal nighttime sightings, dreams of abductions, or any abnormal markings that appeared on her body after sleep. She had no such experiences but she believes the people who talked to her were the real life "Men In Black". I actually wouldn't be surprised by people in our area being questioned by the FBI (because we live right next to Three Mile Island and they are understandably worried about security) but asking those kinds of questions to people is...really, really strange.

I think its hilarious that the informants account of what the aliens look like is pretty much EXACTLY what hollywood depicts them as. Fly saucers with raised centres, 3 feet tall, shiny clothing lmfao.

When? If it was the cold war era then we are talking about project blue book. It was officially disband sometime after the cold war.

This. Although there has been more then one account of what the aliens look like (If they are real). Also my gut tells me that this particular account is most likely distorted or out right wrong, just my gut feeling, I could be wrong.

If you read other investigations of UFOs (including another one from Roswell), they say they are just balloons and such. This is a letter written to the director, and unless we know the guy writing this, it's just a letter.

There's a lot more interesting things in this than "alien encounters."
