secret room of wonder and despair
and now we ride the circus wheel
with your dark brother wrapped in white
says it was good to be alive but now he rides a comet's flame and won't be coming back again
the earth looks better from a star, that's right above from where you are
he didn't mean to make you cry. with sparks that ring and bullets fly. on empty rings around your heart, the world just screams and falls apart.

Im a huge fan of Metallica,in fact they inspired me to learn how to play guitar which Im getting for christmas, my favourite song would be either The Four Horsemen, Orion or Master of Puppets. I'd say Master of Puppets, cool lyrics awesome guitars and the instrumental part at 3:30 into the song is fantastic

None of your business.
Why does everybody like Metallica so much? Why not "Every Sperm is Sacred"?

There are Jews in the world, there are Buddhists,
there are Hindus and Mormons and then
there are those that follow Mohammed -but-
I've never been one of them.
I am a Roman Catholic
and have been since before I was born,
and the one thing they say about Catholics is
they'll take you as soon as you're warm.
You don't have to be a six-footer.
You don't have to have a great brain.
You don't have to have any clothes on, you're
a Catholic the moment dad came
...Because...
Every sperm is sacred,
every sperm is great,
If a sperm is wasted,
God gets quite irate. (2x)
Let the heathens spill theirs,
on the dusty ground.
God shall make them pay for
each sperm that can't be found.
Every sperm is wanted,
every sperm is good.
Every sperm is needed,
in your neighborhood.
Hindu, Taoist, Mormon,
spill theirs just anywhere
but God loves those who treat their
semen with more care.
(misc choruses)
Every sperm is useful,
every sperm is fine.
God needs everybodies,
mine, and mine, and mine.
Let the pagans spill theirs
on mountain hill and plain.
God shall strike them down for
each sperm that's spilled in vain.

and here's where your mother sleeps,
and here is the room where your brothers were born,
indentions in the sheets,
where their bodies once moved but don't move anymore,
and it's so sad to see the world agree,
that they'd rather see their faces fill with flies,
all when I'd want to keep white roses in their eyes...

The only girl I've ever loved
was born with roses in her eyes
but then they buried her alive one evening 1945 with just her sister at her side
and only weeks before the guns all came and rained on everyone
now she's a little boy in spain playing pianos filled with flames
on empty rings around the sun
all sing to say a dream has come

and now we ride the circus wheel
with your dark brother wrapped in white
says it was good to be alive but now he rides a comet's flame and won't be coming back again

"This is the greatest and best song in the world.......Tribute"

Tenacious D-Tribute

The song is awsome and so is the music video. Go to www.youtube.com and search Tenacious D. Tribute will be one of the first songs on the site after searching Tenacious D.

Also go and see Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny. Playing in the movies Wednesday November 22. The movie is based on how the band was formed.

Oh gosh I have way too many...

But Mozart's Clarinet Concerto probably is the best. Especially the Adagio movement.

Ah, there are so many to chose from but as of now I would have to go with George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". Every time I hear it...:)

If I had to pick a favourite song, I'm pretty sure it would have to be Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain by the Grateful Dead, and probably the version from May 8, 1977. It's just an truly amazing amount of musicianship.

Bedridden.
Probably no one knows it, but it's called Deceptacon by Le Tigre. It's so awesome, and dancealicious. Also, fell in love with a girl by the white stripes.

Too hard to choose one, so here's a few of my favorites:

Money
Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2
Time (you've gotta love the cool sounds in this song)
Peace of Mind
More Than A Feeling
Sweet Home Alabama
American Woman
Come Sail Away
Come Together
Walk This Way

Notice all the classic rock, the best music ever made (especially compared to the standard of good music nowadays (die rap! :rocket:)).
