to be honest i feel like the mafia is scared to target you bc they know you might be protected by the doctor (and you very much SHOULD be protected tonight, shame on the doctor if they don't :^( )

if night 1 is any evidence, they targeted opossum, who later said that he wasn't killproof anymore, but then on night 2, the mafia didn't target him at all (I know that because I watched Opo).

if you die again though I'm gonna be really salty :^(

The ability that targeted Opo only works on female characters. I doubt that would have even activated that kind of ability in the first place if he had something like that.

I think the female character ability is what killed Praline since IIRC she said something like "I won't reveal my character, but I will say she's hot".

The following morning, Opossum said that "they'd been targeted but it had failed."

So we know Praline was the primary target, because the primary target dies regardless.

My biggest concern about Opossum is that if he was Mafia, he would KNOW that his character was immune to the secondary effect of that Noble Phantasm, and that'd make an aawwwwwfully convenient alibi. All that's left for him to do is sacrifice Yomi the next day, and he has the perfect cover story.

It's entirely possible that Opo is innocent, but there's a really devious mafia strategy that could have happened here too.

This could very well be possible as I find it unlikely that both wouldn't come forward and at least pm me the mayor. Its more likely that its one person who has both abilities and am keeping themselves under wraps.

From what I'd assume, Opo being hit by the Noble Phantasm would be the only way a failure message would come up unless he was specifically being protected. And while he did claim to be townie, the only person we knew for sure at the time was a good position to be protected was Z25.
