1) run around until you get the other guy to nair at you
2) run away from that and then grab him when he misses
3) react to his left/right tech rolls with grabs
4) guess when he will tech in place and put a stomp there
5) repeat 3,4 until he is at 80%+
6) knee
7) up tilt edgeguard

Are you DIing towards him (or not at all) when he upthrows you to knee at the higher percentages?
Hmmm, I think I DI away by reaction. Should I DI towards him?

It depends at what percent and where you are on the stage.
If you're at a low percent, DI away, you can tech before he can get the knee.

At a higher percent where a knee is guarenteed, DI in such a way that when the knee hits you are less likely to go anywhere. Ie if he's on the edge facing in I would DI up and away diagonally so you'll goa little in front of him, and then switch to holding up and back. That way he'll be forced to knee you across the whole stage, and you'll have the DI on the knee. If you're on teh edge and he's facing towards teh edge and you're at a fairly high but not incredibly high percent (like 100-130) DI back towards the stage and then switch to up and out. He'll most likely reverse knee you and you'll go back across the stage with good DI.

At very high percents you should always DI out (like 130 and greater) because chances are you'll be able to jump out before he gets you. Especially if he's facing out towards teh edge when he grabs you. At those percents if you DI back you'll just get kneed and no DI will save you, but if you DI out he often won't be able to get to you because he doesn't have any stage to run across. Of course, then you have to recover, and that will be very difficult, but it's better than certain death.

at 2:03 in the first vid you didnt DI away. (lol sorry i never came back to this thread)

I didn't watch the rest.

But what you should do is go through the video and look at where you made a mistake (finger slip) and where you made a bad decision. Like whenever m2k posts vids he always says at 0:23 i accidentally upsmashed instead of uair.

This will make you find little things for yourself that you do and it also helps others critique in case you didnt mean to do something.

Just remember, falcon techs and rolls slowly so once you get a grab, you should start ******. If not, you need to practice reading where your opponent is going.

This may sound weird, but playing against fox is probably good for playing falcon because fox is more difficult to tech chase so when you play against falcon it'll be easier.

****.
