I do not think that is necessary. Allied brings up a legitimate point. Falco has a gun and firing it off all day really annoys the heck out of people. Its like PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW all day long down the neighborhood. That will upset quiet a lot of people. They might be wanting revenge, so Falco needs to be safe when wandering about on his own or else he might get gimped in an side alley or something.
