To answer your question about the doubles. You find a partner on the day of the tourney. To prevent any drop outs because your opponent wasn't there.

Doubles right now is bi-weekly until it picks up any speed. Regulars shall go on weekly as planned and theme is pending. Keep those sign ups coming.
