So basically this means that there is a 4 frame window to start the FF
And from the point you start the FF there is a 2 frame window to fire the missile?
yeah that's it
About how consistant are you? I used to be able to do it around 80%ish of the time. I always thought shffmc would be a useless technique unless it was really consistant, then it would turn into an awesome one. Kinda like the whole theory of swd

Atm it's varying between about 60% and 80%
I've got the motion down NP, it's just getting that FF within that 4 frame window that is throwing me, but once I find that spot, then it becomes baout 80%
I really agree with you on it's usefullness, I'll definitely be sure to implement it now that I'm semi-consistent with it, and this is only after a few days of practice so with time I can see 80%+ being normal

Aggro samus i not like aggro fox, or aggro falco, or aggro marth.
Samus' aggro ness requires proper spacing and timing and complete control of your character or you're going to lose.

(not to say at high level plays every character doesn't require this)

aggro Samus actually plays alot like defensive Samus. It's obviously more risky though - to be aggressive you need to approach more, attack more, and keep your opponent under pressure. Spacing and timing is generally a lot easier when you have less of this to worry about.
Don't play aggro like you play other characters aggro.

I've found that a lot of characters have better aggro than samus any way, so you really have to pick and choose your moments to be aggro in.

You're not going to out aggro a marth, or a fox, or a falco.

But if you can get them on the defensive, make them play a little more careful, slower, then you can pick it up.

Yeah I shape my playstyle relative to the way my opponent plays. Aggro samus is the funnest character in the game though.

I need help samus players =D

I've been practicing bomb wavelands on shields and i feel that its a pretty good way to shield pressure people. Bombs ware down shields really quickly and make it a lot easier to shield stab. The only problem is that i'm not sure how safe it is =(. Ive been shield grabbed a few times from it from players who know its coming.

So my request is for any player who can test this out frame wise =D
Can samus waveland away from the shield far enough to not get punished from OoS(shine, grab, stomp)?
After wavelanding down, can a jab come out quicker than any OoS punishment?
Is it just as fast to waveland down on behind the opponents shield?

Thanks in advance to any player who can help me in any way =)
By the way, Co and Me came up with the awesome **** so pay your respects to the genius.

was watchin darrell on live stream at like 5 am yesterday
convinced me to implement it
i'll see if superdoodleman has any data on bombs and their shield hit stun
i wish i had AR T.T
http://www.angelfire.com/games5/superdoodleman/frames.html

Bomb

Total: 53
Bomb appears: 10
Bomb exists: 73 frames, then boom
Bomb does damage for 11 frames
Cancel by crouching: 46>

Explosion shield stun: 7
Bomb bounces off shield stun: 6

--Bombjumping--
Total: 53
Completely interruptible: frame 2
where frame 1 is the explosion

Air dodge
Invulnerable 4-29 out of 49

Landing lag: 4 frames

That's all I found
Soon as bomb explodes, you can input a movement on frame 2,
bomb has shield hit stun of 7
air dodge idk about it's landing lag or w/e
but sounds like you could air dodge out of shield grab range
idk much more though

thanks dude. ya i like space balls style ive played him a few times. samus can look fresh when she wants too and i dont really mind wavedash tilts as long as it has follow ups. it also looks like she can be pretty aggressive when theres platforms around

I play falcon so i think I can learn good spacing and stuff. spacing rockets is tuff **** tho

Platform wavelands help negate her floatiness, which imo is her kryptonite. Fortunately she has a quick jump speed and sexy wavelands.

wat
I've never seen this before.
This is really cool. From what I've tested not good repeatedly or used often, but functions as a WTF throw-off like grapple cancel to Charge Beam, only more accessible and practical.

hell yeah chin tuft is bad***

If you want facial hair just shave your face. Even if it looks like nothings there, the thin hair you do shave off grows back quickly, then repeat. Voila.

It said the same thing
Sept I quoted your post before mine
Idk why
But I figured it would provoke more questions if I left it

The right side patch between my MUSTACHE and my CHIN HAIR isn't growing
left side is wimpy at best
Will see how it goes
if they don't shape up I have ways of dealing with them.
