A certain other Sonic thinks this #oneunit thing is a mere flash in that pan and that we'll be back to feuding in a month.

I've spent a long time trying to figure out how to weld this community back together--only to see this drive do it for me. We may never have a unifying opportunity like this again.

And who knows? Maybe #oneunit will get bigger. Maybe it'll start with Skullgirls... then some other small fighting communities... then the main FGC... then the rest of eSports. Could you imagine it? Competitive gaming unified, a force that can no longer be ignored.

And it all starts here. If the broken Smash community can unite, so can everybody else.

Ever since the facebook pool on EVO, I became extremely impressed and proud of our community. I love this family, everyone played an essential part big or small to our cause. Absolute thanks to the stream Trihex, VGBootcamp, etc. Everyone on melayitonme is godlike, Scar is the people's champion... truly inspiring. There were also a ton of other amazing contributors that have so much heart.

Speaking of heart, Skull Girls did a mindblowing job at raising all of that money with a not-so-huge playerbase. They did whatever they could and I respect that. The amount of heart they have for their game for their community is ridiculous... much like ours.

Good job everyone but like Prog said, "Have class and have tact."
