Being serious now, I know many blacks voted for Obama just cause he's black. I don't know completely for the other side but this also went for some whites on the radio where I heard they voted for McCain cause he was not black.

As for negative ads, holy **** did McCain have a bunch of negative ads during the Olympics commercials!! I was like dammmmn!!!! But then Obama became a ******* right after publisizing his negatives ads everywhere else, lol!

I believe this election was very unfair and biased.

m2k thats nonsense. blacks usually vote democrat. hmm so they are doing what they normally do. what did obama do, reach out and get the youth more involved? encouraged more to come out and vote. is that a bad thing? and just as many people voting for him blindly because he's black. there are people not voting for him because he's black. or because he's a "terrorist"
besides sarah palin is an idiot. that alone is worth not voting for mccain.

What productive things have Obama done? I can only think of one, he went to Harvard.
McCain deserved this. And i really find it dumb how th election turned out.

he generally has huge support on his bills and was very active for such a short career, he has proposed many bills on issues such as health care, he has a surprising amount of bills started on veterans care, and he started something to get countries to not use nuclear weapons or something, im too lazy to link but ill post the link tomorrow i promise

mccains army service i admire and his long service to his country is something i admire too, it takes dedication to work for that long

the problem is that
1) not everyone agrees with his policies, the most obvious one duh
2) 2 party system ****s people up, I really don't think the real mccain was a shoe fit for the republican party, I think he was more of a centrist. going from bat**** crazy bush to mccain is a pretty big shock for the base right wing and his whole campaign was trying to win over people that were supposed to support him from the start
3) You can say obama spent more on negative campaingns but it doesnt cost money to get palin to go up and tell her supporters that obama is a socialist or someone who associates with terrorists. I think mccain was ashamed of this part of his campaign because of how he denies it, but he felt it was necessary which cost him the election. m2k, have you ever heard of gordon liddy? lol his concession speech imrpessed me though and definately showed a contrast to the negative nature of his campaign and shows that it hadn't totally changed him. I would much rather have had mccain in 2000 though

anyway, thats just my opinion

I just don't like these views being thrown out and don't want them blindly accepted.

Blacks have usually voted in favor of white democrats
blacks now have a black democrat. and suddenly they are voting for him because he is black.
that's stupid. Not to mention blacks are not the entire USA, we needed whites in order to win as well as others.

I dont claim to be an expert but i educated myself before i voted. When nobody was even nominted. Obama's plans are laid out and seem better when compared to the competition. Obama's vice president Biden seems wellsuited. Mccain, favoring the rich. Palin is an idiot. If i just make it simpler than it is.

As far as the election goes...lets just say i'm pleased.

I hope this doesn't come across as prejudice...but when you typed that I was just thinkin about how it would sound if an Arab NYC Taxi cab driver would say that...and then I laughed out loud since you didn't type "certainly"...and "certain" instead.
