The first ever full Crew Tournament
Enemy Controller, A crew heavily based off of montage. A crew that was known for it's perseverance, determination and dedication. Each member of that crew knew the game, steadily growing and distancing the gap that seperated pros from novices. Though even in the fall of Montage, like the rising pheonix, that crew was reborn as Enemy Controller holding the tradition for being victorious. With this rebirth things never repeat itself twice. New members rised maining all tiers proving we are more than just a crew that mains those with the highest advantage, but show skill and out shine all others in our own individual and respective way hoping to shape this brawl community in the best way possible. So the new year is here!!! the past shall remain the past and with rebirth, growth, and experience, shall we forever grow stronger in the year 2009. So let us start this year with goals that out priortize our old and create new experiences!

It had seemed as though that many Tournaments had adopted the New Crews format created by me, Blue, of Enemy Controller. So i figured I'd make this Official Format Thread. Crews Tactical Tag Team is a Crew battle using special team rules.
1) Each crew team will have 4 or 5 members. One of those members must Be declared Team Captain.
2) The Crew Captain of each team will meet and discuss the match terms of a stage ban before sending out there first 2 members.
3) The Crew Captains of each Crew Team will also ban One Crew member from being used as a Revenge Stock. Captains can be banned also. This will eliminate the unfair advantage one member may have over an entire crew.
4) When sending out your 2 Team members they will proceed with a normal stage set with Official Teams Rules and stage sets.
5) If your team won the match but only one member was left, the crew Captain will then choose his next member or himself into the match. share stock is on and if the stock is taken and the share stocker wins the match, the stock that it belonged to will replace the winner as it was their stock to begin with.
6) Member substitute: Also known as, Call Back. This is when your Crew Captain Decides to replace his member that played in the previous match to save his lives and relax until needed again. This can only be used once!!!!! But because of that choice, your member must pick their character first before the opponents character pick and stage pick.
7) Revenge Stock: This is when your team is down to one member and need a member to make a team. The Crew Captain must give one stock from the member still alive to one other member that wasn't banned by the opponents. The Captain can also choose themselves, if they are not banned.

Crew Singles is a new battle system that act as a normal singles tournament. There are special rules to this. Each crew must select a Captain, Primary, and last a Secondary. These ranks acts as a point system. You and your members will be seperated as far away from eachother as possible on the brackets. It's Double Elimination.
At the very end of the tournament you combine all the points between each of your members and that crew will be declared the winner. the longer you last in a tourney the more points you accumulate for your crew. Losers finals and winners finals matches mulitplies the points rewarded by 1.5. Grand Finals Doubles the points rewarded. This is the point system: If you are defeated in a set this is what you give up in points
Captains = worth 10pts
Primaries = worth 6pts
Secondaries = worth 4pts
We hope to see all of the members support this new style of tournament. It took months of planning to make matters fair for all brawlers. you have a month to polish up and represent your crew. This will start a ranking of crew placements and rank for year 2009. hope to see you all on Feb. 28th.
