Yeah, the permit thing sucks... but not smashing sucks more.
If it's like it was last time, the parking wasn't that bad. It was a little bit of a hassle, but the walk wasn't too bad.

Parking hassles ftl. Scarfest parking will be amazing, though. All the free parking University City Philadelphia has to offer.
Parking on 40th street is free but hard to find in my experience. However, I can take the train or something. Is it closer to 30th street station or university city station?

it is a hassle, I agree, but it's a minor one. You just stop at the police station and fill out a card for 2 minutes and you can park there for free all weekend, at least it's not parking meteors or in a bad neighborhood.

Parking Meteors is well known to be one of the most difficult and time consuming things to do. I admire Scar for even finishing at all.
