I posted this in the Q&A first, and I was told this may be usefull, so it deserves it's own topic, right..:)

I may have come across a good way for setting up for a Dair spike

Dtilt near the ledge, and when you hit the opponent (non tipped) and you buffer turnaround SH Dair it will be a tippered Dair 90% of the time :D

a vid was requested, so a vid will be added asap

Or they could not be a moron and DI away/not jump into your dair and just grab the ledge.

I've thought of this before; it's anything but reliable, but it can be a nice surprise I guess.

turning around takes extra time, you can just do a regular spike

the regular spike rarely works, i do it

and yours shouldn't work at all

the regular spike won't easily tip after a Dtilt

and it's not alot of extra time if you buffer the turnaround.

and incase you didn't know, it's easier to tip the Dair if you turn around first (different tip hitbox)

A) I'm pretty sure EASINESS isn't a factor when it comes to pulling off techniques at a clutch time in tourney, and efficiency is a far more important value. I favor the backside of the Dair because it hits HIGHER.

B) What Steel said. This is not a combo, and after the dtilt, your opponent could just be smart and DI away. It may be more plausible to speed hog the ledge, and Dair from the ledge though. This will put you in a good position, and force your opponent to use their probably laggy recovery special.

C) Just Fair.

D) Jab sets better.

Couldn't they just grab the ledge and avoid this?

EDIT: Read a post lol
