@Zen - If they try being flirtatious with you, but you want to be JUST friends, tell them. This leaves you open for them telling you that you're "too serious" or that you're "seeing things," whatever though, just be like "well, I don't give a ****, I don't want to have to think twice about you, so stop being flirty with me."

Or just drop them as friends.

I've had to deal with the exact same thing in the past, and I just drop them if they're distracting me. Or I act like a huge ****. Always works. If they keep bugging me, I ignore them. They usually get the picture though.

What's the issue with him doing it on a board with post count? It's really annoying. That little number next to your name changes very little.

Is JTB trying to analogize a patriotic soldier going to war against a foreign power has any similarity to a guy on a video gaming site who has nothing better to do than to spam the social board of a game subsection of that video game because he's bored. Is that what you're trying to do JTB? Use incorrect analogies to misrepresent the sacrifice of the vets who would die for this country, for the pride of this country? A country that we are fighting so hard so that we can still maintain rights exclusive to us such as the freedom of speech, so that our citizens can get on video gaming sites to spam the social board of a game subsection of that video game because he's bored?

But on a serious note, it is kind of saddening to see that people can't see Zen's underlying intent behind spamming the forums. You see, he was probably afraid that we would lapse back into being annoyed at Omni which would not be appropriate given that it is an on-going game. In order to avoid this being brought back up again, he tried to provide a new annoyance by making himself the new target so that we wouldn't cycle back to the old topic. Therefore even though on the surface Zen's play is annoying and aggravating without reason, his underlying intent is pro-town which is why I'm not vexed at all by his antics since I know what he's getting at.
