Read an overly dramatic movie synopsis about a dude keeping secrets behind closed doors and it ruining his image, his career, and his life. Think to myself, if this is about the dude being gay then that's a really hammed up synopsis because in this day and age someone being gay isn't a really big deal. Buys the movie thinking, there is no way they hammed it up just over the dude being gay. The dude is gay. :|

Also had the setting of the film pegged down for circa 1950s America, because that's only setting such a dramatic description could possibly keep a straight face to itself.

I'm pretty good at them too(got a B+ on an eng comp 2 paper I wrote entirely off of memory with no sources) but i would get that much better if I actually took the time to do them properly.

No, but the teacher liked me and I got away with only using one source[that was added in after the fact]. I think that's why it was a B+ instead of an A

Eh, I've had classes where the teacher was lenient and didn't have to cite if the source was obvious or common knowledge to the class.

Not often tho.

I'm actually good at writing essays, I'm just extremely unmotivated to write them ahead of time. And since it's at the last minute, I'm deluding myself into thinking what I'm writing is bad when it's quality content.

not just term papers, but writing in general. I actually write better things with a deadline(even if it's just self imposed)
writing across a period of days takes away some of the flow in writing it.
