last time i had to brawl wobbles >.>

would anyone want to team with me for dubs? :3
I dunno how to rate myself though, and not many people know how i brawl recently (except for maybe IsmaR and _Gold_) so if you need a dubs partner just ask me but you might want to brawl me on wifi or something first to see if im good enough o.o

Devastation was sweet last year. Anyone who's on the fence for this one should definitely show up. Wish I still lived in Phoenix, I'd totally go to this.

We tried to hold a Melee side tournament last year and hardly anyone wanted to play. Would the same thing happen this year?

Also, we had a good turnout last year, especially being right before Genesis and Evo.

mightve been cuz it was 15 dollars entry with a 10 dollar door fee.

seriously, regionals are usually only ten to fifteen dollars to enter.

There was no $10 door fee. In fact, if you came just for the Melee side tournament, you paid nothing more than the $15 entry fee, which you just said was normal for a regional event.

If enough people want it, I'll see what I can do about getting a side tournament, but right now I'd say it's unlikely unless a good amount of support is shown.

it's pretty safe to assume all brawl players would like a brawl doubles tourny.

i'm pretty sure nm is interested in coming to this. ggac, tvc, and 3s means i'm way more interested :D
I'll confirm shortly, but it looks like we'll do doubles again as a side tournament.

Is there any preference as to which tournament is run first (singles/doubles)?

Most tournaments run doubles first, so I would think people would rather have doubles and then singles. Maybe not though.
