everyone should try to make it, yeah i know its traveling but at least its in iowa & you guys disincluding kintehr and her brother will get the chance to play me and base your decision on how good i really am, that and you'll play against omaha.

I dont think i can go, I have summer school and I'm always busy on weekends now cause my parents are always trying to go out or something like that. If one of you guys can take me I'll probably pay for some gas if you want.

So me and Dv02 were sitting around and pondering the thought of hosting a tournament how many people around here would be willing/wanting to go? And we kinda found a place its 75$ for the day but only about 30 people could come so i'm still looking for a bigger place if anyone knows anything let me know. Also for the date I figured late july or august

yeah definetely host that, i'd be down for it. I Never work weekends so whatever date you pick works for me though last week of july does sound good. However I would probably be in need of a doubles partner...

Hmm ok well I checked at a few places most said no but Quality Inn and Suites called me back saying that they could do it but they still haven't gave me a price yet so im not sure with them i'm gonna try Gamerz next but I heard they wont do it unless another game like Halo is there too =\ oh well.

Sorry for being gone for like ever. Whats FC and where is it at? I've been practicing forever on 1 character since you guys told me to, My Falco is getting pretty good i guess. If anyone needs a partner, I'm up for it, I could use the experience. I guess I could give a ride. Erm also anyone know if there's a definite date for Brawl, I'm too lazy to check the forum. Also, Is anyone hosting another Smash-Fest or are we done with those? I'm getting Pillaring down btw and I SHL alot now if Victor is wondering. I still need more experience though. If anyone is up for it, I need a definite partner.

FC is the largest tourney of the year most likely and will take place tommorow, if you haven't bought your ticket on mlg before the deadline which was quite awhile ago to really get your ticket, then you are SOL.

TehYoon its pretty much to late for FC I would say if you want a big tourny try for OC its a bit more of a drive though than FC since its in California but I think it would be worth it. Your Falco is getting good eh? Well if you want we could play some time this weekend and see if its improved since the last time I played you

Hello Iowa Smashers, i'm Bruce Crawford (MTKD), I live in Indianola, Iowa, but play smash in des moines with my friends. I started playing smash in Jan. and I'm still improving. I would like say HI to all the Iowa Smash players out tere. I know JBM(Was at FC D 07 with him and Bolt), Bolt, and Victor. I went to that Glenwood Iowa tourney JBM held and it was my first tourney and it was fun and then I went to that on in Bloomfield Iowa and then went to FC D 07. I'm hoping to meet alot of smash players in Iowa and learn the game better and hope to get help from people.

And I'm going to say, theres a place in Des Moines (the owner is out of state for a comic convection) and if he says "YES", I'm going to start having Smash Tourneys there and hope to have alot of people come and make it fun.

I'll be seeing you guys/girls at the Omaha tourney this sat. (July 28, 2007).

Ya some of us where tired and they wanted to leave and get back, so we decided not to stay and leave, it felt embarrassed because we left after doubles and didn't stay for singles, thought u guys where thinking were scared and didn't want to get beat so they left. I liked the small tourney that was there.
