OK I'm done reading ITT: Everyone hates on me because the mods never told me the game started.

I personally do not buy the random shot theory. If Kantrip died from not posting, then Rake would have died of obv. town-itis. If you really think Zen would make a mafia game with no night kills on mafia's side you're being dense, especially considering not all people HAVE a death restriction. I find it much more plausible that Rake was killed as a confirmed innocent in scum's eyes and Kantrip simply died than assuming the 1 in 12 chance that John's shot hit Rake. Because no one is killing half inactive Kantrip as their choice of nightkill.

On the other hand I can see why people would want to vote me because they're paranoid that there was a scum no-kill because I was inactive. But if that's the actual reason over the simple fact I was inactive: I want you to realize how silly having a 1 vs. 11 game would be in a setup where DEAD PEOPLE TALK. Not happening.

Now if I do end up getting lynched simply for being inactive and inactive alone I could see that as reasonable, and that's just unfortunate but:

I dunno. I guess that's just what I need to start doing again. Town used to be my all time ****ing favorite alignment, but it's been being stale. I think the solution is just to play it fast and loose like I used to before I started worrying about getting killed so much. HBC could be the best thing that happened to my mafia game since Rad Fic.

Nah but seriously there isn't much to comment on in the way of town: Our only hard confirm is dead and even Ryker could be a scum role by a twist of the imagination.

Issue, Marshy. You and me can probably be ahead of John if we really put our minds to it. We could get Soup up there. Then John kills one of us and he is the third highest post count.

I think it's unlikely that we get him this night phase. However, as long as he doesn't get me, we shouldn't be at risk.
