Maybe..though we all know it should.
I dare ya play golf with a shark that can live on land (has feet instead of fins though) and win then rub it in his face.

Since this shark lives on land, I am going to assume it can breathe air rather than water. This would mean that it is a mammal and has a spout-hole like a while rathen than gills like a fish. I will then proceed to use this spout-hole as one of the golf holes. Since I beat the land shark, I must be very good at golf, so I assume I can easily make the shot into his spout-hole, thus stopping his ability to flush the water out of his system. Therefore, he would drown.

I dare you to make sense of a golf game in which I drown a shark.
