You just tell the host per e-mail or me via MSN (wait for an answer of me, that I registrated it) or you post into this thread or into the gsb thread, but you shouldnt deconfirm via forum, if it´s shortly before the tourney (like 3-4 days).

if you take a group ticket you can travel in the whole region for free the whole day (group ticket is 37€ up to 5 persons).
There is no other name and if that's the only plane company you want to use you need to use this option.

Yep, traveling from Weeze to the location shouldn´t be that expensive, if you use the group ticket.
And you also don´t travel that long with train, since you arrive that early you shouldnt have got any problems. ^^

So you would just need housing from sunday to monday?
