I thought this would be a fun and easy activity, so I'll get this started. Feel free to post multiple Pokémon if you want.

Dragonair: Dragonair will let out a shrill cry and summon a thin Twister above it that extends all the way to the upper blast zone. This would be a reference to Ash's battle against the gym leader Clair in the anime. This would essentially be a weaker version of Entei's attack.

Xatu: The two red feathers on Xatu's head will swing back and forth for anywhere between 7-15 seconds (like a random, unpredictable timer). Once the timer ends, Xatu will suddenly unleash an incredibly powerful Future Sight in a large range ahead of it. Although this move is easy to avoid, it does 30% damage and can kill as early as 40% on light characters. It would optimally be used as a trap.

Purrloin: Purrloin will rush towards another fighter and perform Knock Off, attempting to swat its target with one of its front paws. If it connects, it erases any charge they may have stored up on their chargeable moves (i.e. Charge Shot, Giant Punch, Aura Sphere, F.L.U.D.D., Wario Waft, etc.) and deals 6% damage while also tripping the foe. If the enemy is holding an item, Purrloin's strike is guaranteed to make them drop it. Purrloin's attack can be stopped by hitting it shortly before it strikes (trying to attack it while it approaches will simply result in it nimbly dodging the attempt to hit it); if Purrloin is hit, it will either stumble back if hit with a weak attack, or get launched if hit with something stronger (like a Smash attack). Also, its attack has rather short reach (meaning that running away while it winds up is a viable option), and it cannot pierce defensive maneuvers like shields, so it can simply be shielded or dodged. Purloin attempts to attack three times before disappearing.

Stunfisk: He jumps to the ground and becomes invisible. If a fighter steps on him, he'll become appearent, shocking them, both dealing damage and making the enemy stunned.

Clawitzer: Clawitzer raises its big pincer and locks onto a random target. It then fires a Water Pulse from that pincer. This repeats 5 times before disappearing.

Aegislash: Aegislash can do one of two things: it can either float near its summoner with King's Shield raised, reflecting all projectiles, or slash multiple times with Sacred Sword.

Jirachi: Jirachi will charge Doom Desire. If it hits an opponent with it, it will give a summoner an advantage, whether it be through items, stat buffs or even a Final Smash.

I'd really like to see Missingno as a Pokeball character. Talk about an homage!
He would... allow the player to wavedash?

Caterpie: Walks around using string shot, which immobilizes players temporarily. But oh surprise, after a few seconds of stringshoting he evolves into Metapod. Metapod just uses harden continously and can be thrown as if he was an item. The more he uses harden the more he weighs in smash and so the more knockback he causes when being thrown at an opponent. After a while he evolves into Butterfree, who flies around the whole battlefield using stun spore and sleep powder. It would be a great way to showcase Pokemon evolution.

Magikarp: Long overdue. Make him evolve into Gyarados when being hit by someone and wreak havoc around the battlefield.

Muk and Alolan Muk: Any character that touches them get stuck to them for a good time while Muk walks around, all while getting poisoned by him.

Hitmontop: He spins on his head and kicks very far away anyone who gets in his way.

Marowak and Alolan Marowak: Self explanatory.

That would be redundant unless it gets rid of the nerf. What Missingno should be is Negative Zone in Poke Ball form, like how Chef Kawasaki brings back Cook Kirby.

Regice: Shoot a Ice Beam that freeze you if you're hit and freeze the ground to make you trip

Regirock: Use Ancient Power to launch four rock at the opponents. He focus only one opponent each time he throw rocks.

Registeel: He make steel structure appear from the ground that hit your opponent when they emerge from the ground and they became platform after.

Regigigas: Grab and throw opponent off the stage. He excavate rock and throw them at the opponent too.

I love the Regis.

Rhydon: Stands, doing his standard stomping animations causing a Earthquake that damages enemies hard and does decent damage. Sometimes goes for a run with Horn Drill, also causing massive damage.

Miltank: Rolls (Rollout) back and forth across the stage or platform for 20 seconds, turning and gaining momentum each time it reaches a ledge. The faster Miltank is rolling, the more damage and knockback the opponent will take.

Vespiquen: Will use either Defend Order or Attack Order. Defend Order will circle the Poké Ball user with bees and protect them from projectiles for 15 seconds. Attack Order will cause a horde of Combee to chase the opponent and deal minor damage each time they sting the opponent. Also lasts for 15 seconds.

Dialga: Uses Roar of Time to slow down opponents expect the player who summoned it. Any contact with it receives damage.

Groudon: Groudon makes it's first appearance in Brawl and with it, it makes a giant impression. Once released, it stays still, but due to its size it takes up a massive amount of most stages. Using its powers as the Continent Pokémon, it overheats itself making it deadly to anyone who touches it, which will be almost everyone considering his size. Despite the fact he is stationary, Groudon does move his head, arms and tails a bit so you have to be prepared for that

Raikou:
Spark: Will fire off a shock wave around itself and it will shock any opponents that touch it

Gastly: Uses Curse on all enemy fighters, causing them to take damage over time, while also damaging them with Lick. (Or simply uses Nightshade and attacks all opponents with some cool visual effects)

Porygon: Launches itself towards opponents, and can also use Tri-Attack for a long-ranged, multiple-hit attack that deals fire, electric, and ice damage.

Charjabug: Latches onto an opponent and deals an electric shock attack; can come off and latch onto a different opponent. Maybe also just an electric shockwave on the stage's ground?

Musharna: Maybe some psychic attacks, or put opponents asleep and then use Dream Eater to deal damage (could also be Drowzee, I guess).

Reggiegiygas: Upon appearing, he shouts "My body is ready!" and creates a giant, creepy vortex that covers the stage background, all while attacking fighters with psychic attacks and temporarily turning them into diamond. He finishes by finally, hopefully, giving us Mother fans Mother Trilogy.

Horsea- Uses Bubble. Fighters that pop these bubbles by attacking them take damage. Fighters the bubbles land on are healed.
Seaking- It first appears as a Goldeen, which does nothing. Then it evolves into Seaking and Instant KOs an enemy fighter. Would have the lowest likelihood of happening.
Sunkern- Sunkern rides on in a fire-breathing velociraptor that looks nothing like a pokemon, and it pulls out a machine gun that shoots actual live tigers that also breath fire and occasionally throw empty liquor bottles at people. Sunkern then remember it forget to do its taxes and leaves.
Pikablue- Pikablue appears and tries to explain to the fighters that it's a completely separate Pokemon from Marill.
Zigzagoon- Runs around, pushing the items around and generally misplacing them everywhere.
Wurmple- Calls forth a massive supernova that engulfs the stage ceiling. meteors then rain down upon the enemy fighters as the stage music is replaced with "Through the Fire and Flames" by Dragonforce.
Castform- can cause Rain (decreases the damage people recieve from attacks), Hail (damages everyone), or Sunlight (increases everyone's speed and jump height)
Cacturne- wanders the stage and sucker punches people (which stuns them) who get too close to it.
Roserade- runs around and shoots barrages of poison sting at other fighters.
Mismagius- sets fighters on fire with Will-O-Wisp.
Honchcrow- Flies around and occasionally swoops down to steal valuable items, such as 1UPs, Assist Trophies, Dragoon Pieces, the Smash Ball...

Zapdos- Flies around the stage and occasionally zaps players below it with electricity.
Regice- Hovers an inch or two off the ground, wandering the stage minding their own business. Projectiles that hit Regice will be reflected back, while normal attacks simply wouldn't affect it. Regice will occassionally pick up small items on the ground such as baseball bats and mr. saturns, stare at them in curiousity for a few seconds, then toss the item away (with the exception of trophies and CDs. If Regice picks up any of these, they are automatically collected by the player). If an assist trophy appears however, Regice fires an Ice Beam, freezing the Assist Trophy in place and instantly KOing the Assist Trophy.
Heatran- charges in a direction, slamming into people who get in the way and setting them on fire.

Attack: Extremespeed/Fire Fang

Arcanine quickly jumps to a fighter on the stage and bites them with a fire-based attack. This move works like Lyn’s assist trophy, except it deals less damage and knockback but attacks multiple times.

Confusion

Noctowl swoops in to the center of the stage where it roosts. It rotates its head in a 180° angle and maintains this position while generating Confusion, which covers most of the stage. Those caught in Confusion will experience altered controls so that left is right, up is down, and standard attacks become specials. This effect lasts for 10 seconds.

Vickavolt: Thunderbolt

It flies around and fires electricity in random directions and each bolt deals moderate damage and knockback

Dragalge: Sludge Bomb

It fires a purple bomb that deals damage and little knockback but poisons whoever is hit by it.

Mime jr.: Teeter Dance

It begins to dance around and anyone nearby it will started to taunt as long as the little fella is dancing or if they are knocked away from it.

Mareep
Wild Charge

Mareep attacks with Wild Charge, running back and forth on the stage. Coming into contact with Mareep will cause static electricity to discharge from it. If it receives damage, it'll convert the kinetic energy into electrical energy, increasing the size of the attack. This electricity has a paralyzing property, so be sure to avoid Mareep.

Magneton and Magnezone
These are two different Pokémon ideas that do roughly the same thing as each other. Only one is summoned. Magneton/Magnezone will immediately fall into the background, fly to the closest enemy fighter (we're going to call this person the Intended Victim), and follow them. After existing for two seconds, Magneton/Magnezone will begin to use Magnet Pull, and won't stop until they're one second away from disappearing.

Magnet Pull doesn't deal direct damage. It creates an aura that pulls projectiles towards the intended victim. This works on projectiles that came from the person who threw the Poké Ball, other players, assist trophies, and other Pokémon, but it does not work on projectiles that come directly from the intended victim. The pull this move has on projectiles is pretty strong. It almost works like a black hole for projectiles. Any item in motion is counted as a projectile by the way except for Barrels and Rolling Crates which are always sucked in regardless of if they're moving or not.

Magneton's Magnet Pull works like an aura that covers a 360° angle surrounding the intended victim completely. The downside is that it has a small radius, so don't expect it to work from a long distance. The intended victim can dodge projectiles as they get sucked towards them, but because the Magnet Pull works in all directions, it's coming right back for them after they dodge.

Magnezone's Magnet Pull reaches five times further out and pulls in projectiles much faster. The downside is that it only works in the direction the intended victim is facing covering a 90° angle. The intended victim can dodge projectiles flying towards them and expect them not to turn around.
Magneton is on the top. Magnezone is on the bottom.

Here's my ideas:

Machamp: uses Close Combat. Basically has the same effect as the DK/Giga Mac's final smash.
Gengar: uses Hypnosis. Replaces Bellossom, but he also can move to the opponents.
Chansey: uses Soft-Boiled. She throws eggs on the summoner. The effect is the same as Isabelle in SSB4.
Gyarados: his move is Hyper Beam. He move on the side of the stage and shoots a beam like Marx does during his boss battle.
Dragonite: uses Draco Meteor. Similar to the Ness/Lucas' final smash, but less strong.
Steelix: uses Rock Slide. Has the same effect as Onix in Smash 64.
Registeel: uses Iron Defense. Turns the summoner in metal for a short period of time.
Garchomp: uses Dig. Similar to Knuckles. He also attacks using his claws.
Togekiss: uses Sky Attack. Togekiss goes into the background of the stage and charges the attack. It's similar to the Dragoon's effect but less strong and you can't command it.
Porygon-Z: uses Tri Attack. He throws three energy balls (red, yellow and blue) with differente effects: fire, electric and freeze.
Regigigas: uses Stomp. He uses various attacks, some of them are similar to Galleom's ones. He also can grab and bury the opponents.
Scolipede: uses Poison Jab. He hits the opponents using his horn, causing poison effect.
Alomomola: uses Heal Pulse. Alomomola cretaes an healing barrier like Gardevoir's Reflect, which the summoner can use for restore its heal.
Braviary: uses Whirlwind. He creates a strong-wind for a short period of time.
Chesnaught: uses Spiky Shield. He transforms into a giant spike ball, like an Unira. He causes damage to whoever touch it.
Malamar: uses Toupsy-Torvy. Basically repalces Palkia.
Hawlucha: uses Flying Press. This move's effect is similar to ZS Samus' down B.
Volcanion: uses Steam Eruption. Has a similar effect as the Smart Bomb, but the explosion is bigger and stronger.
Rowlet: uses Leafage. Rowlet creates a small tornado of leaves.
Lycanroc (middady form): uses Accelerock. Lycanroc attacks multiple time a target very quickly.

Plus they should bring back Piplup (replacing ****ty Oshawott), Groudon, Torchic, Weavile and Manaphy.

Stuck in the Special Zone
Oricorio: Uses Relevation Dance, effects depends on which forme appears. An aura field that has range similar to Konga Beat surrounds Oricorio, and can either do fire damage, electric damage, put fighters to sleep, or place a flower on their head depending on the form.

Passimian: 2 Passimian appear from the same Pokéball, and run to opposite sides of the stage and proceed to use Fling. One tosses a coconut across the stage to the other Passimian, and the second tosses it back (opponents coming into contact with the coconut will not interrupt the pass, they'll only get damaged). They perform 6 passes to each other before disappearing. If opponents come into contact with the coconut, they will receive heavy damage, or get spiked downwards if they touch the bottom of the coconut whenever it goes in a downwards arc.

Bringing this from the new assist ideas thread

:034: (Nidoking emerges from the ground and clashes with his opponents).

:248: (Tyrannitar fires it beam, doing lethal damage).

Zebstrika kicks and uses it's horn to smite opponents.

Tyrantrum roars and bites opponents, in addition to lashing it's tail.

Crabrawler swipes it's claws to do lethal damage.
I was also wanting :155::110: and :015: to return to smash bros as a bonus.

The seventh lantern.
Sniffleroo: Based on a kangaroo, this pokémon has an elongated snout resembling an aardvark, but hind legs, ears, tail, and general proportions borrowed from kangaroos. When summoned, Sniffleroo will leap at randomly varying heights as they traverse the stage back and forth, burying or spiking any opponent they land on, depending whether they are on the ground or in the air, respectively. Near the end of its activity, Sniffleroo rears on its tail and prepares to sneeze, with a significant warm up lasting about one and a three seconds. The sneeze casts a fire ball that explodes in a massive inferno on contact with a surface or opponent, causing extensive damage (38%) and knock-back. The sneeze sends Sniffleroo into the air, as it wipes its nose and vanishes.

Typhlosion; Where ever Typhlosion is released from the ball, it stays in place and releases eruptions from its body flames.
Heracross: Once released, Heracross rushes with close combat, rapidly hitting and following with a dynamic punch or mega horn.
Houndoom: Works similarly to Lyn, appearing and reappearing with a lock on faith attack.
Sudowoodo: Sucker punches when ever the player character is charging a Smash attack or projectile.

:031:: Fissure... After a few seconds to give everyone a chance. Instant 1 hit KO on anyone that is touching the ground besides whoever threw the pokeball. Only works if they're on the same platform as Nidoqueen.

:237:: Just spins in place for a bit of time causing damage with high knockback to whoever touches it.

Morpeko: runs across the field to eat healing items.. If there are no healing items on the field then it will go into its hungry state and move around the field to attack with several electric attacks. If a new healing item spawns it will change back to its normal form and eat it. If someone other than who threw the pokeball eats a healing item while its on the field then Morpeko will go out of its way to specifically target that person.

Exeggutor: Once released from the ball, throws out egg bombs from its palms.
Magmar: A lock on will surround the target upon signaling red and Flare blitzes the target. Target can dodge the attack at the last second.
Smoochum: Smoochum will make her way across the stage, Sweet Kissing the target to sleep.
Skitty: Skitty will attempt to copy cat and tripping the target.
Tarkoal: After release, Tarkoal will cover the stage in white smoke, attempting to blind the targets.
Emboar: Emboar twirls upward and come crashing down on the target with a heat crash.
Serperior: Serperior will power and leaf storm the target.
Goodra: Goodra will act as a un-killable sand bag, slugging down the targets that choose to attack.
Primarina: Primarina will perish song dance, instant killing the targets over a 150% damage.
Polteagiest: When released from the poke ball, Polteagiest will diminish from the stage upon memento, causing the target attacks to take significantly less damage for 60 seconds.
