well jumping out isnt because they have to, its so they can jump over crap or knee afterwards. I dont cancel with Z, thats for noobz and darkrain but he can do whatever he wants cuz hes darkrain

im trying to learn to do it with like an a a z style as opposed to holding a, because its way easier to follow up using the former

but my transition is causing me to be quite inconsistent, even more than usual

It just takes a LOT of practice in NTSC..... I can do it about 90%+ of the time now

I press the third A like a smash attack and hit z right away after..something like that I dont remember lol (muscle memory)

It gives it more chance of happening anyway doing 2 ways of cancelling it

I only recently took time to think about the gentleman mechanics... is it just IASA frames after the third jab? Because I just hit all three as fast as possible and hold forward while I do it like I would with Marth's dtilt and it ALWAYS cancels properly.

Im not real familar with iasa frames, but i think so, once falcon retracts his knee is when you can cancel the move.
