They won't be talking about Pyrosphere unless they decided to use that in both versions of the game.

& your sig only shows up once per thread page to decrease congestion. Its there now because its on a new page.

I think they changed the height because the preview function shows nothing while I see the sig.

A Ridley's shadow revealed to be Kraid, Ridley appears to be playable with movesets detailed (except no buttons are mentioned for each movesets). It also said there will be a trailer about Ridley and Kraid in Smash Bros coming very soon.

The Ridley fans will be very appreciated that Ridley is finally playable (or so they thought...) until when a trailer is available online and revealed that Ridley is still a boss and Kraid is actually playable.

The ****-storm continues! And better yet, it's biggest one ever this time!

Same, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. As in, they probably just don't care about Smash enough.

Haven't seen anything on 2ch about it yet, which is where I imagine stuff like that would be, though.

I would be super fine with playable Kraid. I just want someone from Metroid that isn't Samus.

But odds are slim we'll get anything speculation-game-changing from Corocoro. Though we can all hope.

This is why you don't make "preemptive" CoroCoro threads. 7 pages of basically nothing and it's not even done yet.

The Pokemon pages have leaked. Won't be long now.

edit: And pay attention to what @Ryuutakeshi and I are trying to tell you all: not only will you likely have to wait for days for what you want, but the scenario that has played out here - nothing but the Pokemon stuff leaked early - is the norm. This DOES NOT MEAN there is no Smash info. This just means that there is a long, long, long and storied tradition of the CoroCoro leak guys only leaking the Pokemon pages early. It's been going on since at least 2002 or so.

There is going to be Smash stuff to discuss. It might come early, it might not. Be prepared for the possibility that you'll have nothing to discuss until street date.

I have been checking several Japanese sites for some leak information but nothing yet. I went to a video/book store where I preordered my copy of the 3DS version but the clerks didn't have the issue early but would call me if they get it in before the 12th. I also had a nice conversation with them about the game and they are excited. One was a Peach main and the other was a Meta Knight main and played since the first game. I asked them who else they would like to see and they both looked at each other and said "Mewtwo". We all had a good laugh as I agreed though I told them I really would like to see Ridley. Then the conversation turned to how little Metroid content there is the game and while they are skeptical on Ridley, they felt Dark Samus could had been a good character. We talked for about 25 minutes before they have to go back to work. It was a good conversation overall and I think I made two friends. I got their friend codes so I can play them.

Thanks for sharing that little tidbit on how some Japanese fans feel about Metroid content in Smash.

I find it interesting that they would have liked to have seen Dark Samus playable.

Honestly, I had wanted Dark Samus playable back in Brawl, but my logic was to refer to it as "Metroid Prime" and have the Final Smash be the actual Prime boss.

That and Weavel were my top two "not Ridley" characters, simply because they were easy to make movesets for and not have them be like Samus. Weavel could've been any of the bounty hunters, but he made sense to me because he's a Space Pirate.

Wasn't there some ship that people thought resembled Sylux's at the end of MP3? He'd be pretty great (not the least because he was my favorite Hunter in that game).

Stuff happened, we argued about the game some more, BA-DING, and there's apparently going to be some Smash info in the latest CoroCoro issue. If it's not leaked today, we're sure to get it on the 12th anyway.

Thus far, you've only really missed a couple stage reveals.

Right now, though, CoroCoro's newest issue is being posted online, and it's rumoured to contain Smash details. We're still waiting for things, but you can always check out Serebii for what its revealed already.
