3. No. Your just bad at interpreting. I'm not disgusted with anyone. I actually got offended when people were bashing the smashbus (and traveling in general) to the point where it became insulting and made it seem as if anyone who wanted to do it was dumb. Then all of a sudden, when people started counter attacking, ppl changed their tones and lightened up, with all the "na, i used to travel, its ok, i just have other obligations" bull****.

So I was playing Brawl today because I was too lazy to switch it out and play melee, when my brother walked by.
I told him to switch my disc for me and we'd play.
He said, "Nah, I'm too lazy, lets just play Brawl."
Then I beat him a bunch of times and stuff.
Then he got frustrated and refused to play with me the rest of the day.
So I was bored and started doing algorithms and equation to better balance the skills/weapons/etc. in my game.

And its a very lonely thing to do.
But it needed to be done.

Like, I think I know what you're saying, that if you can't always take the cg 0-death, it's better to just take the %s that you can get, but saying that something is better than 0-death is just stupid. Anyway, as to the point I think you were trying to make, it's just preference. If you can cg well, there's no reason not to, it's free %s before you start comboing them. But if you can't cg well, then sure, just utilt/fair/whatever to get the more certain damage in. But you really should learn to cg well cause, like, you know, free damages are grood.

The only thing that separates the West Coast from the East Coast is that the East Coast camps more.....and the West Coast is more offensive..that's about it.
anyway i want to go, not only play those awesomely good people but to chill, hang out, do random ****, just have fun too.. smash bus = win

0-death isn't nearly as safe as grab combos, not only that it gets them to the edge faster where you can edge guard them with ease. The only thing is the 0-death looks hella cool and makes people yell really loud.
Did I mention it's also easier to grab combo them? Because it's oodles easier. They're both equally effective I just chose to do the safer easier option.
the 0-death isn't really a 0-death anyway, after 32 (around there) you have to make it up anyway.
well, if you define 0-death as not really 0-death, then you're just arbitrarily making a distinction between the ways you can grab combo a spacy. you're not really saying what you're comparing, because you're saying 0-death (but not really 0-death...) vs. grab comboing (0-death inherently involves comboing...), so you're being unbelievably unclear about what you're actually comparing.
As I said in the other post, I'm assuming you're talking about doing the chaingrab at low %s vs. not doing it (doing utilt, fair, tech chasing, etc, w/e). If this is the case, then "comboing" rather than chaingrabbing is OK, but frankly, the chaingrab is guaranteed to the low 30%'s, so there's no reason to risk doing other things as long as you get good at the chaingrab.

It's not a true 0-death because it can be escaped, it's more of a pseudo-zero to death.
I should have defined it.
0-death cg is the thing M2k does, where his grab will lead into him killing you regardless. up air to regrabs to, up air to tipper. (Going off his older crap I haven't seen him do it in a while)
grab combos happen at low 30% uptilts, to fairs to whatever your heart contents. . unless you do the cactuar crap, down throw to tipper that happens a lot earlier but isn't really that safe unless it's mixed up.

ok, well if you're talking about what to do at the 30%ish range and not before, then sure, i guess we're in agreement. But for as long as the chaingrab is guaranteed and involves just uthrow -> regrab, you should be doing it. After that, I mean, you just sorta play it by ear. Even M2K doesn't always lead into a death combo, he just does it more often than everyone else. But yea, I'd say don't shoot for more regrabs and nonsense into tipper unless it falls into your lap, just do utilts and fairs into an fsmash to lead into edgeguarding.
