wassup sd do you guys still meet up to play? i'm pretty new to competitive brawl just seeing what's up with the sd scene right now.

i met a couple guys from a small tourney a week ago and they pointed me over to this thread

Hey man, where you Alan's friend? (I forget your name, but I did DK dittos with you in tournament) We are playing at Awex's house tomorrow around 5:30 or 6. I don't know his Address, but he lives near SDSU. I'm sure he'll see this and post his address by tomorrow.

There's also a fox player (looks like it) who is posting in MikeHazes' elite4 thread on tournament results. Says he lives in spring valley/el cajon area and is looking for smashfests in San Diego.

I PM'd him to no response, we should hit him up as well

hey folks, let's play sometime. I'm a complete newbie at Brawl but seeing as how close I live to tearbear, I'll be playing with him more often soon. I haven't touched Brawl in months and losing my Brawl disc doesn't help either ;~;

I have 2 TVs and 1 Wii. Please bring set-ups if you've got em. I've had several smashfests where my wii/tv was the only one. See y'all today.

but i'm down to just spectate and learn.

@Daniel(i think that was your name?) yeah I'm alan's friend, Marc. It was nice meeting you and terry over at the grossmont tourney btw

You got it right, im daniel.
Don't worry about that. Controllers are passed around frequently. Pretty much anyone will let you use there's. But yeah man, stop by!

And LOL! Havok must be playing magic again.

Can someone set up a Smashfest for Friday/Saturday? I'm moving to LA on Sunday night and I'd like to play some games with people and at least improve my Looky-Luu a little bit.

That is the all is brawl page for the tournament. Smashfests are just free, spontaneous little get-togethers, and typically don't have AIB pages. Just bring your controller of choice and a TV/Wii if you've got one. :)

Terry, I'll be there around 5 or 6. Gonna go see Thor today.

o yeah knuckles is some dude that knew my brother in high school he beat me once in friendlies but outta like 15 matches :3

also he looks like carlton

im making hot chocolate today

smashfest starts at 2 but im assuming most wont be here till 5 or so

and please if someone can bring a wii and tv thatd be nice

lol carlton huh, so you finally remember me. all I can bring is a wii and power outlet, casue I dont have a cubed tv (I have flat screen if you want to use that)
