I just found out that Inui's hotel rate is $83.50. That is ridiculous. I'm going to either talk to Inui, or I'll be bringing my GPS with me so that we can find a motel of about $50 per night.
I know not everyone is trying to pay at least 25$ for two nights.

that is the rate for 2 people, 4 people is higher. There is a sister hotel nearby with rooms for 70 or so a night is what inui said.
It's really not that bad though, trips cost some money! In my group of 5 each person is paying 43 bucks towards the cost, that includes gas, toll, and hotel. 43 bucks may seem like a lot to some people i guess.

Ew, 43$ per person on just Gas/Tolls/hotel? That's pretty bad. You didn't even mention how much the tournament is going to cost you and food for 2-3 days.
I'm going to see what I can do. MD/VA should let me know if they need a place to stay or if they find a cheaper hotel.
