Stingers. Ever since 2008.......only in a few tournaments where I would randomly pocket him in third round after going King Dedede lolol. Got some victories here and there. Been struggling with King Dedede's lack of options/techskill in general, and I feel it's time to try ROB versus these matchups. I've been getting more serious about ROB now during the SoCal tourney decline, practicing versus lvl9 cpus and in weekly smashfests.
I surely have no video proof, but in mid-2009 I beat Dehf's Falco in a set at ActiveGamers regional with ROB. Meh you don't have to believe me, but that was a year ago and he's obviously a lot better now. He ***** my ddd in tournaments after that. Just saying.
So yeah that's my small backstory. Expect a little from me in the next few months.

Yeah it's too bad . ShadowRob quit because he thought since he got married at NINETEEN, he thought it would be more in important than ssbb. Which is true, but I can see both ssbb and a marriage being congenial. He's still a dumb*** for marrying that early.
And from what I remember about Hugs quitting ssbb was the airdodge factor, in how it lasts too long. There may have been other reasons but that's all I remember about him.

And we do, kinda. We've got Typh's Pokemon Trainer, TKD's Fox [well, Mexico], WarpStatus' Zero Suit Samus, Choice's Wolf [Norcal] X's Sonic from Utah. I think that's it on not-so-good mains. Name more for me?
I think east coast has more, you agree?

lol hahaaa... DDD is not so good because......There's too many mks, and counters for this guy. For the record I may just be co-maining ROB for the amount of counters there are for the king, like Tyrant, DSF, Havok, Mikehaze, Tearbear [all mks] mike will use him on me unfortunately. And then there's DEHF, RichBrown who are two other counters, Falco, Olimar. Garrrr

No... ROB is better versus mk than DDD BY FAR because mk cannot outgay rob while he can to ddd. DDD's options are more horrible vs mk and he gets punished/gimped/h***, ABUSED more. ddd can't kill mk for crap either. No reliable kill moves.

I use both DDD and ROB and have used them for the MK MU a bunch. ROB has a much harder time killing MK than DDD does, DDD can break nado so much easier than ROB, and DDD's not as gimpable offstage because he can at least airdodge while recovering unlike ROB in his up B.

I prefer DDD in the MK MU, but I really don't like either of them at the same time.
