"Flashpoint", in which the Flash goes back in time to the beginning of the game and "stops time", allowing him to land several hits on opponents before returning to the present. That damage is then added onto the opponent whilst not doing any knockback - a sort of tradeoff for the high amount of damage you could deal, putting the opponent in a precarious position. In spite of the name, this doesn't bring the opponent into a parallel universe.
