I've played the classic Mario game on my Game Boy Color so many times, and I never even noticed that, Xanderous. I guess I always just assumed it was blue overalls and red shirt, like it was in all of the recent games.

I thought the thread creator's girlfriend was just being lazy by not having enough colors. I guess it turns out she was just more accurate in her color scheme than me.

Yeah, really research heavy. Right on the side of the box for cake mix: Requires two eggs, one cup of water and one cup of milk. Hmmm. Bake at three fifty degrees for twenty minutes, blah, blah, blah. This is really intensive research. I deserve a Nobel prize for this.

Really dude, I won't disagree that she loves him, but don't give her more credit than she really deserves.

The skin is rice krispie treats. The red is cookie cake. The brown is brownies. I am betting that each one has a different preparation, some share the same ingredients and then there is organization. Anyway she is not my girlfriend and i still say there was some work involved.

Yes, there is plenty of work related with cooking three different confections and setting them up into a picture of Mario. But not much research.

No Internet?!?
Well I think she deserves a lot of credit.

You honestly can't have a go at her, especially if you've never made a cake like that before. You can say things like Google is so much research, or that the ingredients deserve a Nobel Prize..

But where's you cake?

EDIT:

Though you did note that there is plenty of preperation to be done in making a cake like that. So that kind of negates what you said before.

This cake gives me so much ideas. ^^

And Shadenexus, a Tetris cake would be so awesome! While we'd make the cake, the original Tetris music would play. xD
