In all seriousness, there's a lot of obscure/lesser-known games, however in Brawl we did get some content (mostly multiple stickers or trophies) from lesser-known series (including Japan-only). Not all, of course, but a good amount. And there's some Nintendo published games that didn't do so hot in sales (mostly talking Wii games), but I'd love to see some content from them. Yeah, I have a character in mind, but it ain't gonna happen, unless if they are seriously hoping to green-lit another game by testing such character in Smash for popularity and whatnot, kinda like Pit's revival in Brawl.
It sucks though. I really wanted to see some Sin & Punishment content, like a stage/music. But at this point I'm highly doubting it (with the Saki AT reveal having no S&P icon and all). I would have loved a playable Saki/Isa, but I guess S&P is too obscure, doesn't have high sales, and whatever, to warrant a playable character.

I highly doubt we are going almost all of the remaining veterans in addition to six newcomers. A lot of the veterans will probably be sprinkled to us after e3 to be honest. I still expect a couple for e3, but not that many. I could be wrong though.

It's not that I don't want Pokemon to have more reps than Mario now that transformations are gone, it because the disclusion of transformations makes it so it doesn't make sense anymore

I still see no reason why the lack of transformations means anything. If anything, the almost guaranteed cuts of Squirtle and Ivysaur does far more to help Mewtwo than it does hurt him.

True. However, I would still argue that there really doesn't need to be a sixth Mario character in order for Mewtwo to have a chance, that's all.

Even if we get another Pokemon character and Jiggs, and a Zelda newbie, we don't need another new Mario rep. While some like Bowser Jr. would be nice, Mario is well rounded with all of its spin offs, a Mario spin off newcomer like Paper Mario would be nice, but I doubt it at this point.
