I could definitely see Toon Zelda this time around, but I think that there are better options.
That being said it's definitely a great idea for a last minute character, as long as TZ doesn't get in anyone's way.

The F-Zero franchise is in hiatus because Miyamoto-san says he doesn't know what to do to make F-Zero feel "new" or "innovative". I'd personally be satisfied with a 1080p HD F-Zero game on Wii U, with online play. =]

Yeah, me too. Also, as loathe as I am to mention them I would have thought they'd have a token set of Wii controls as their justification for why F-Zero gets another game. Not that any sane human being would have used them given how precise the F-Zero controls are, but the point stands.

I'm very certain she won't get in any.... well any "unique" character's way. Like you said, she'd probably be one of the last characters they would include looking at how they previously handled semi clone characters in the past.

So whatever "more unique" character they could have included probably didn't have enough time to be implemented anyway.

If Toon Zelda were to recieve a Tetra transformation though, it'd be potential for a new moveset. I don't see Tetra being a Sheik clone.

Yeah Tetra would certainly be more unique, not only because she's an entirely different type of character (although that didn't stop Ganondorf), but a lot of Sheik's moves consist of performing kicks and since the Toon characters are known to have relatively short leg span, it just wouldn't work out, so it's better to create an entirely new character in Tetra. Even Zelda has quite a number of kick related moves but not as much as Sheik though so I think even Toon Zelda would probably be at least a semi clone.

At least that's what Sakurai did and said in regards to Toon Link, he replaced the kicks with sword slashed due to Toon Link's short legs making kicking around a little awkward for him.

I think if they were to implement Tetra into the game, she would probably be the last "unique" character they would include.

I wish I could figure out how to make a Avatar so that I, too, could be seen as a Regular someday. :/ But at least I have a Signature.

But on topic, I would preferably not have Toon Zelda here. Rather have a more unique character (when I say unique, I mean a character that's not a different version of a old character). Bring back Doctor Mario instead! *contradiction*

Excuse my ignorance, but knowing next to nothing about Black Shadow, please tell me, what could he do? All I know is that he looks like a Batman on steroids~ ^^

Black Shadow's backstory in F-Zero X stated he has power of black magic, or voodoo. The only instance of his power then was that he created Blood Falcon with it.
In F-Zero GX, we actually see him using such power; in the story mode, there is a cutscene where he creates an energy chain to bind Falcon and place him into his own Blue Falcon while Blood Falcon (who was seemingly summoned by B. Shadow's magic as well) places a bomb on it.

The reality is, the games don't dabble much into his power.
....but the anime does.
He's near invincible, has teleportation ability, can send people to the past, cause mountains to explode just by snapping his fingers, ignite people on fire with his mind, recreate a Blood Falcon from a liquid form, and (using his Black Bull) create portals to other locations, namely one being a realm filled with nothing but darkness that he created and controls.

I personally find an F-Zero character unlikely, but if we got Black Shadow I wouldn't necessarily mind him. As long as we get a few other characters along with him.

Yeah I agree. Tetra, while arguably the same purpose as Sheik, is nothing like Sheik. She's smaller, has stubby legs, and is a pirate instead of a ninja. The similarities end after the transformation concept.

If Zelda is going to get a newcomer it doesn't need, at least make it a new character. I still think that decloned Ganon is enough.

Don't most/some usually support Impa so that it can take over Sheik's moveset and replace her anyway?

This is actually another reason why I'm more or less certain "Toon Sheik" will not be a thing.

I wouldn't doubt that. It's certainly possible. But the down and side smash kicks Sheik has would not match Tetra well.

I doubt they'd be a full-blown clone of Zelda/Sheik, but maybe a semi-clone. I'm against them, but if they bring something unique to their moveset then it wouldn't be as bad. . . I was hoping they'd change Toon Link and Luigi but he seems the same.

If Toon Link's moveset didn't change, then Toon Zelda probably won't aside from normal and air attacks.

I think she has an above-average chance, but as this game's Wolf/Ganondorf, rather than being a high-profile newcomer. I think K. Rool's massive and lasting demand, as well as more obvious potential to be unique will snatch him the spot of "big" DK newcomer.

I think getting Dixie and no K. Rool will be a fairly strong indicator of whether or not Sakurai actually gives a crap about fan demand. (No offense, Dixie fans.)
