I've finally gotten to this, and you better take this steeler - you've already agreed to it.
Yes, it's here. Battle of the minions, fight for the best slave driver. $5 MM, winner takes the cash, the glory, and title of the best minion master in the MW.
The contestants are:
Steeler:
Defending champion Steeler mains squirtle and thus will be using PT in this match.

And Fino:
Challenger and rival of Steeler. He is challenging steeler with olimar.

Standard SBR rule-set. Best 3/5 1 ban allowed, stage striking will be used for determining first stage. Counter picking characters is banned; however, you may counter pick colors.
Infinite replays will be turned on, and the set will be recorded and put on youtube. This will take place at CdF2 on December 28th - vids posted Dec 29th.

The electrical properties of yellow pikmin aren't accounted for in brawl... olimar just has fire - and that's ivy.

I meant like, yellow pikmin don't give you any increased power on squirtle like red pikmin do on ivysaur.
He was talking poke'mon...
The poke'mon have a boosted attack strength against eachother, charizard has boosted power against ivy, ivy has boost on squirtle, and squirtle has a boost on charizard. When olimar uses red pikmin they have boosted strength on ivysaur, however yellows don't have a boost on squirtle on charizard, even though squirtle is water type, and charizard is flying type.

I only got to watch match 3, and I'd say its sloppy at best for you Fino. You seemed to focus on hitting him with one move in your mind and always keep going for it, and he would punish you for it. Lots of mistakes on your end, plenty of game to tighten up. Good match though and well–done on the win.

Great matches. Oli's u-throw below the fire balls on pictochat is too funny. I laughed when Steeler almost lost the last match due to a trip haha. Well, he lost anyway, but I mean, he almost lost earlier.

I was 2-0 on a 3 out of 5 match.... I probably reved up my sand bag engine ^^:

I think Steeler was not having a very good day. It was bad enough to lose his grudge match 3-0, but the actual tournament didn't go much better. In the third match of my set with him he was about to win with an edgehog , so he threw down his controller and whooped for joy, only to have me stage-spike him as he watched, helpless without his controller in hand. Priceless, but it definitely sucked for him.
