Description and Layout:
For the first two laps, it's a relatively basic fast-paced land track, with a few sharp turns. On the start of the third lap, a huge bundle of dynamite explodes. Turning the first part of the track into a cliff. When the racers drive off this cliff, it takes a few seconds of driving on the air for their car to turn into a plane.

For the third lap, the level is a much more open air track. With it becoming even more fast-paced than before with malfunctioning ACME products getting in the way of the racers as they make a final mad dash to the finish line.

Battle Mode: Capture the Flag

This would be a team based mode with two or more teams each with their own flag. When someone from another team touches a flag, they grab it and have to go back to their own flag to score a point. If they get hit with an item, they drop the flag and if someone from that flag's team touches it, it returns to that team's base.

The stages would be like a mixture of a regular battle mode stage and a racing track. It'd still be open and have no specific route, but there would be twists and turns with various way to get from A to B.

Looney Hunting Grounds
We dont have any Looney Toons content as of right now so this would work perfectly, Looney Hunting Grounds is a crater like area with an outer ring and inner crater acting as the main arena, the main gimmick is the loads of explosive ACNE brand dynamite on the outer ring, this can be triggered by pressing the pliers on the crater, however the outer ring has cannons that will shoot into the inner crater balancing things out.

Egg Theif
This battle mode features the two teams trying to collect eggs of a rare dinosaur and placing them inside their teams compared nest, these eggs will snake behind the vehicle and if the opponents collide with this snake they can steal it, the goal is to both collect as many eggs while also being careful at all times.

Maybe like an arena where one team's flag is in the Krusty Krab and the other is in the Chum Bucket. Both buildings and the road between them would be much larger and more expansive than they are in the show. And those 3 areas would kinda be like it's own mini-arena. Krusty Krab could have more rounded turns while Chum Bucket has sharper ones and outside is more neutral.

Maybe like an arena where one team's flag is in the Krusty Krab and the other is in the Chum Bucket. Pinky and the Brain are Villanous mice, who are trying to Take over the World by doing some experiments, but they always fail at the end. Pinky is tall and stupid rat, who says Narf! or Troz! and Brain is the Genius of the duo.

Pinky and the Brain could drive a Electric Car from Pinky and Brain Reboot 2020, Fly on Rocket and swim in "Das Mouse" Submarine.
If there is Allstar Move-like thingy, their "Allstars Move" could be Gian Magnet from Animeniacs intro, where they pulled Saturn, so they could pull nearest Racer and throw in Backwards behind them.

I vote for Roadrunner Canyon from Looney Tunes. Sounds perfectly for Bugs Bunny.

Description:
This Track takes place at Duloc.
After Start, you go straight into the Courtyard and you later go into Castle. While in Castle, you go on Spiral Road up to the peak of it and you go through Flying section, where you fly over the court and you land into ground, transforming into car and you go straight into Finish Line.

Powerpuff Girls

Powerpuff Girls (Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup )are main characters of Powerpuff Girls series (Classic and Rebooted ones) and they defend Townsville from Mojo Jojo. They're iconic Cartoon Network character and they deserve to be in Racing Game.

They could act like Team Fortress in Sonic Allstars Racing Transformed, like Blossom could go on Plane, Bubbles goes on Boat and Buttercup goes on Car.

They deserve to be in Game, because they could be Cartoon Network reps and they could be Iconic addition to the Game due to their popularity and being in Cartoon Network Crossovers like Pibby for example.

After Start, you go the Same way as in opening of Jetsons, but you need to drive on Towers where Kindergarten locates for example and there are a lot of Flying Sections. It could be similar to Mute City for example, but without Antigravity Tracks.
The Track has shape of Road in Jetsons Opening.

Powerpuff Girls

Helga is possible a first, first female character, first character that isnt the main character, and fire morally grey character, that may be too deep but Helga did have some racing experience so she would work well in this game.

Shrek's Swamp Circuit

One of the most iconic Shrek locations, of course it should be represented. Taking place across a bayou this course constantly changes between land and sea sections, the main gimmick is the rising and lowering muddy water tides, mud makes your car go slower but if you enter a special boat ring you can ride the mud for a faster but more hard to control route, this is possibly one of the few times where you can ride the boat on land so it would be a unique experience.

Aside from that you also explore a hollow tree in one section which features some tight tunes and more muddy surfaces, there is also q broken pier that is an automatic boat segment avoid barrels and floating mines, overall a tricky course.

Rick Sanchez is one of protagonists of Rick and Morty adult animated series on [Adult Swim] and one of iconic Adult Animation Characters. He is drunk scientist, who travels through galaxies and dimensions. He has a Grandchildren called Morty and Summer, who are going on interdimensional adventures with their grandchildren. He is an Adult Cartoon rep, but he can be toned down to make him Kid-Friendly in the Racing Game.

Seattle and Multiverse (Rick and Morty)

The track takes place at Rick and Morty Universe and you start from Seattle on Land, later you go through green portal to Space, changing it into Air section and later you go into Nuptia 4, where you go by River into Portal on Earth, ending the Race.

First route takes place like I said earlier in Seattle, where it goes the same route as Springfield town and you go one of portals appearing, where it takes you to Space and you change your vehicle into Plane.
In air route, where it takes in Space, you go by some planets and you turn left or right around them and you go on one of Planets, where Nuptia 4 Locates,
On Sea route, you go through river or it and your turn left and later right and then you see the Portal leading to Earth, switching into Car mode.

The track changes routes depending on Lap.

Iconic, simple, and a Cartoon Network character, all good qualities for a newcomer

This track would be taking place inside and outside the shcool and would be unique as each lap changes the route you go down, but would be randomized in order

The first route takes place inside the school and has 90 Degree turns, the main obstacles are the students as they would block off some parts plus one part Tina Rex chases you making it more dangerous. Another route takes place in the playground where Hector the giant stomps down causing shockwaves that can hurt, dogrballs also act as another dangerous obstacle constantly bouncing around and tossed by local bully Jamie. Finally the last route is an air course as you fly around the shcool and even ride on Hector's arms. Overall a very dynamic course for a dynamic show like Gumball.

The first portion is the Farmer's Market at morning, the second is a fly-sized flight through the storyboard room, the third is a middle of the day kitchen, followed by a flight through the VA sound booth, followed by an evening drive through the Apprentice Games arena, and finally you fly up a giant (puppet version of) CH Greenblatt writing a new episode.
