Pirates 1 and 2 were pretty good. The last one was atrocious Pirates will probably be a flop because the only noticeable actor returning is Johnny Depp. The trailer didn't even look that promising.

Transformers 1 was great. Everyone knew how the second one went. The trailer looked interesting. It seemed to have a pretty a cool plot line. The lack of Megan Fox is a downside but hopefully they'll make up more eye candy. Knowing Michael Bay the movie will probably prioritize explosions and action over acting.
@Trova: Shia's best work was in Even Stevens.

313 and pink R- shy is actually a really good actor lol. He knows how to play dramatic roles, and that's like a unwritten rule in the acting world to be coming a good actor.


and yea basically what jon said about transformers. But none of what he said about pirates.


and snap i dont think it takes place in the 60's. That was just a teaser telling you how they were found.

and fyi jon. Johnny is not the only noticeable actor to come back ;)

Orlando Bloom and Kiera Knightley have a lot of fan base.

I have never seen Pirates 2 and 3.

I didn't really like the first one though. The first Transformers was great but the 2nd one was terrible.

Hopefully this third one is better.

Regardless, Pirates 4 will probably be a flop. Looking forward to Thor though and I guess Green Latern looks alright.

The new Marvel Studios have been producing pretty good movies in the past few years, so I think Thor will be pretty good.

I've always seen Ryan Reynolds playing characters like Van Wilder, so him in the position of a super hero is kind of awkward.

I was watching the Green Lantern preview in theatres and somewhere in the beginning that it started I shouted, "GREEN LANTERN!" and some people in the theatres were like "Nah the Green Lantern is black!"

Oh how embarrassed they were afterwards
