E 4 All is a big day for EVERYONE so it wouldn't be fare out to think that this has nothing to do with Brawl or MegaMan and Capcom is just releasing new info on something. BUUTTTT, I have yet to read a theory that explains this as well as this one on the capcom forums.
(which, I might add, is full of a crap load of whinny PS3 fan-boys who want to complain about MH3 being Wii only. Same thing happened with DMC 4 being on 360)

Okay, so some people are saying that MM will be released this week, others are saying in December, where his anniversary is..

Brawl was set to be released on December 3, but was delayed, to "iron-out the final product due to it's new depth".. Why would they choose to release him two months after they were (maybe) going to? Wouldn't you think they'd let him out sooner, rather than right near the release date.. after all, Sonic was announced last week, after the conference..

So I doubt they'd wait two months to release a newcomer just because of that character's anniversary.

Well, Im back from my research. . . this is the only solid guess I could find. At the capcom forums they are only talking about random things in the topic for this and only one person made a guess at the ??? (the MegaMan in brawl guess).

Some people seem to think that it has something to do with the PS3 because last week someone was whining about the PS3 not getting support and a mod there said "wait till next week". . . . but E 4 all is this week and that could be the day they were refering to.

Anyones guess I suppose.

How about this. Megaman in Brawl, then Street Fighter IV for the PS3 and Xbox 360 is announced. SFIV specualtion has been going on for a whlie last I checked, and that would please everyone. Plus Street Fighter rocks! (my 2nd favorite fighting game series...guess my first! )

Are you kidding me? Mega Man is the most deserving 3rd party character. He's had 8+ classics game, 2 arcade fighting games and six old school Gameboy games. He's also had Mega Man and Bass for Gameboy SP. He deserves the last spot.

Isn't very... what? Why would you say that? Hes probably the single most deserving remaining third-party character out there, with an incredibly long history with Nintendo (his first game was an NES one, and only a small handful of his games haven't been on Nintendo systems since, and many have been Nintendo-exclusive), plus hes a video game icon (short of Mario and Sonic, you don't get any bigger). Hes been the #2 most speculated upon and requested third-party character since Snake's announcement, and for good reason.

Nintendo is in complete control of Brawl, right now. Konami nor Sega were allowed to give any information or hints about their characters' inclusions, so if anyone is going to "hint" that Mega Man will be in Brawl, it'll be Nintendo themselves. That being said, so far, there have been no hints whatsoever for ANYTHING pertaining to Brawl; not even Sonic. I highly doubt any company would start dropping hints now.

If Mega Man is in Brawl, I would expect him to be revealed way later, or not at all (until the release date, of course).

That's a point I made early on, more then likely nearly all agreements include NDA in contracts, until the producers of Brawl make an annoucment the third party companies aren't usually allow to say anything period
