Yes, though Wolf's Wolf Flash should have the purple streaks like in Brawl, Fox's is clear. It feels like Wolf is shooting purple lightning out of his hand when he meteor smashes you with Wolf Flash. Also @PushDustIn is seeing who is the most requested DLC character in Japan, his survey is incomplete, but here is what he has thus far,

1. Lucas
2. Wolf
3. Krool
Looks like Japan wants Wolf and Lucas back as well.

In its current state, having Falco's blaster isn't as great as before, which is a shame. Still don't get why his blaster does barely any more damage per shot than Fox's even though it fires at like 25% the speed. The minimal hitstun does nothing to compensate.

But yeah Wolf Flash is very cool functionally in this game since it doesn't leave you helpless. Wouldn't mind seeing the purple trail and original sound effect return though.
