Can't Let you cut me Sakurai, Wolf for DLC

What confuses me is that two time veteran status was enough to choose Falco over Wolf despite Wolf's much more unique moveset, but the Ice Climbers could not be saved?

We may have to campaign for wolf to be dlc if sakurai doesn't put him in the roster or says he will be dlc himself, hopefully you will be on board for that campaign if it comes to that.

I'm on board for a DLC Wolf if for some reason he's cut from the primary roaster. Wolf is my cousin's main, and we've had great times battling together.

And besides, he makes a great fit on a villain fight with Ganondorf or Bowser.

I hope that dlc list is real even though some leakers are saying it isn't.
But this is the worst list of cuts, not cool. Wolf,Snake,Ice Climbers,Squirtle, and Ivysaur all had orginal unique movesets, why throw them away like that? Lucas shouldn't have been cut either.
Most of the characters that were cut in brawl were clones. what's even worse is that this leak suggests that they're bringing back one clone from melee over 5 unique characters, that's bull!
If this leak is true, then I hope the dlc leak is real, cause Wolf and Snake will be Day 1 buy!

Wolf will probably return due to the fact that he was meant to appear in smash 64 and melee, but maybe if people didn't like him all that much then he could be cut or put as dlc (hopefully not)

As long as Wolf stays in as DLC I will be happy. Sucks though that he might have been cut after all considering he is Sakurai's favorite SF character, and the fact he plays a major role in the upcoming WiiU SF game.
Those character choices make no sense. Doc, Dark Pit... really? Who the hell asked for Duck Hunt Dog when most of the world wants Ridley and K Rool.

I miss Wolf too, however calling the leak "BS" because there isn't any Ice Climbers won't solve much. Famitsu scans have already proved the leak true, the only hope is that Wolf isn't unlocked.

There were so many supposed leaks at that time, anything was unreliable, plus there was a Nintendo Power mag that said Roy and M2 will become obsolete while Jiggs was still in.

Wolf still has a chance and I'd like to think he has more of a chance than Lucas does since Star Fox is a vastly larger series than Mother is; though both hopefully have a chance none-the-less. Maybe he's in the game but hadn't been unlocked yet, maybe he'll be DLC down the road, and maybe he'll be an alternate costume for Fox.... who knows.

Regardless, Wolf will live on: he'll probably have a starring role in Star Fox U... and maybe with the release of that game, Wolf would be the perfect character to rejoin the fray as DLC.

Or they could just not cut Wolf at all I mean seriously come the #$%@ on.

Yeah id take that as well, too bad the part about DLC was fake to mess with peoples emotions by the 4chan user who posted the leaked pictures..

I'm with the rest of you, Wolf definitely needs to return. He is my most wanted veteran from SSBB. Of course it would be ideal to have him among the rest of the Smash cast from the get go. But if DLC DOES become a thing and Wolf is a part of that(assuming the leak is real, but it's BS to me), I would not hesitate to swallow the cost to have him in. He is a great character, after all.

I found his moveset to be near perfection in SSBB. All of his A moves are fine(except for the Nair) and don't really need changing, in my eyes anyway. His B moves are perfectly fine to me, even though his Fire Wolf has terrible air control after ending. It's his Final Smash that needs addressing. His Landmaster WAS totally superior to the other two, but it never made sense to begin with. He needs his Red Fang(or Wolfen, whichever you prefer to call it) or call in the Star Wolf team.

While I don't hate the speed for power trade that Wolf has, I wondered why this wasn't further delved upon in his special or his moveset.

I mean, his Blaster should be akin to Brawl- where it shoots in 3 spurts.

His Fire Wolf should be removed and replaced with his current Side B.

The new Up special is controllable and still goes farther than Falco's.

Now his Side B should feature an electro sticky bomb that clings to opponents and when it explodes, causes complete stun (like ZSS dsmash). It has weak knockback.

Reflector should do more damage.

Longer claws for longer range on the ground. More power on the claw attacks.

I wish it was but it's most definatetly real it's undeniable at this point, 100%. Saying otherwise is true denial, now there could be other characters not in the leaked list but those characters on there are 100% legit.

I don't really see how these vids are fake. It's pretty clear that Shulk, Bowser Jr., and Falcondorf are in the game, and the rest of the leak is probably true as well. We definitely need that Wolf DLC campaign, since he's too much fun to play as in Brawl.
