Here's someone showcasing some Dtilt conversions Incineroar is capable of.

Granted, the CPu doesn't DI or anything so real-life players can get out of these, but it's still really cool to see.

The same guy has also found some interesting applications for Cross Chop near the ledge as well.

Dtilt is great! All those clips just show it at 0% but that move will lead into aerials until really high %s like 120-140% and Fair will true combo into KO.

One day closer to using an actual German Suplex move in Smash

This is real life isn't it?

SideB Lariat usually does 25% on that hit... This somehow did 60 though. Is Revenge that strong? time to test.

EDIT: The power boost depends on the hit that triggers revenge. Not sure if that Roy Fsmash sweetspotted, but that would be one of the biggest moves to absorb.

According to this Kurogane Hammer fellow: "often characters are put into the build very early", hence why we have PP's info this soon.
Huh, interesting, while it may just me, seeing PP running in the trailer didn't give me the vibe that he was THE slowest of them all, but I guess we will have to see when he come.

That being said, thanks for the answer, 'hope you have a nice day.

people have brought up that despite sakurai picking incineroar to fit the wrestling playstyle that he doesn't really feel like a classic grappler(Zangief)and just so happens to have a vague grappler theme to him

Nah, Roar's the first heavyweight to feel like a proper grappler.

I'm guessing folks are only looking at it at a surface level.

Well, he has just 1 command grab. So same amount of grabs as say, Ganon. Incineroar throws are better, though!

Most grapplers in fighters are less defined by specifically their grapples and more their overall toolkits. Like, Zangief wouldn't be Zangief without the green hand. It's more complicated than "command grab".

There isn't a single character with more than one command grab.
That's the point. Incineroar is not really more "Grappler" than a lot of chars with a command grab. Not sure a spinning lariat counts to make this assessment. He does have a lot of wrestling moves though: Plancha, Dropkick, Lariat, back-body drop, high cross, german suplex, argentina backbreaker, giant swing...
Definitely a pro-wrestler, but not really a grappler.

Hard to compare traditional fighting games to smash though. Incineroar is certainly slow, but doesn't have a slow playstyle, he has great aerials! Usual gimmicks and setups from fighting game grapplers don't really apply.

Don't Kirby and Puff have one as their backthrow? Then again they are pink balls so you can't appreciate their technique like 'Roar's.
True, though it's a little harder to tell from their physique. Plus, 'Puff's down-throw is just too amusing that I forgot all its other throws.

Pure grapplers have slow speed. Not necessarily slow attacks. Being cornered or otherwise going toe-to-toe with them up close is meant to be incredibly risky due to their ability to do massive damage from both grabs and attacks, and it's difficult to react or guess what they'll do.

Machamp in Pokken is a great example. Slow-moving and weak zoning (but a few anti-zoning moves), but frame data that is disgustingly fast for how much damage his moves do, and of course massively damaging and versatile grabs. He has three including his normal grab; Sceptile too but his are either much slower and weaker or hard to land, so it wouldn't really be accurate to say he's just as much of a grappler as Machamp.

Huh, never actually made the comparison to Machamp. Incineroar definitely looks really close to that.

His forward throw is almost a dead ringer for Machamp's Submission, they both have double axe handles (up smash), drop kicks and splashes. His final smash is more like Pikachu Libre's, though.
