Me and Kats are hosting a BFBC. I'll host the top 5 Boxarts in a Video on Youtube! Feel free to post some. Oh, and The 5 worst pictures will be posted here with names.


By the way, credit will be given. I'll simply put them in the description of the video. Remmeber, you must post your pictures here.Me and Kats are the judges, and if anyone has any questions, don't be afraid to ask.

Why did I have to read this thread...at 11:00 at night...while sitting in the art and design computer lab...when I have a massive amount of homework to do??

NINTENDO IS RAGE!!

...but yeah I know what you mean. I bet the real boxart will have some sort of sweeping sky...like the banner at the top of dojo. They definitely do wanna kick up the intensity though. Everything about Brawl has been a lil' hardcore. Also, check out Mario strikers...those boxes aren't very Nintendo. Full box hardcore illustration...very Viewtiful Joe.

Is nobody going to guess all the characters on me box? I'll give you a hint, one of them might be Kirby.

EDIT: I'll photoshop a Wifi sticker on later...after I photoshop my homework project.

Woah!! That was a lot easier than I thought it would be...which is really easy...considering I wasn't expecting it to be very difficult at all.


Ok, hint number two: Kirby IS on my boxart! First person who names all the characters shown gets a bizarre piece of digital artwork dedicated to them/in their likeness.

I did not expect it to go so quickly. You got them all with the exception of:

1 character in the distance
2-3 characters between DK and Fox
1 character between Samus' legs

Keta, sounds like you've got most of them. Go ahead and post them for teh win.

Shiny Ivysaur - "Little rat thing?" If you are referring to the character between Samus' legs...don't worry about it. It's a new character, and I don't expect anybody to guess it.

I do expect somebody to figure out the character in the distance however, I made it easy.

I can't remember it's name right now >_>

1 character in the distance
I still have no clue. That silhouette is too vague imo.

2-3 characters between DK and Fox
Ice Climbers?

1 character between Samus' legs
lol between her legs
er... it's too small. I can't get a good view to tell.

2 characters between Samus and Mario
Sonic and Stafy, I'm guessing. Closer analysis makes it more evident that hueg circular object isn't Samus' cannon but someone's head, ya?
My other guess on the "Stafy" object is Metaknight, but that doesn't seem right.

and 1 character between Ike and Bowser.
Lucas. For some reason I'd just spotted that Jimmy Neutron hairstyle there.


i feel really stupid, i thought this thing in the distance was supposed to be super obvious

Alright, I'm going to end my shenanegans/abduction of this thread.

The character in the distance is indeed impossible to make out, but I mentioned him early in the thread. Viewtiful Joe, yo!

the 2-3 characters between DK and Fox are indeed the Ice Climbers...and...I think somebody figured this out earlier...Sukapon!

The 2 characters between Mario and Samus, are absolutely Sonic and Metaknight. You gottem.

And you also got Lucas, no prob.

The only remaining mystery character is that tiny fellow between Samus' legs...hmmm...

Anyways, now, about 5 hours after I originally posted my entry, I am done with my gay project. This thread has been awesome though, great entertainment while I worked.

Hopefully somebody else will submit a design.

I think that the current "official" boxart on the Nintendo website is just a placeholder until the real one is revealed, IMO. I could be wrong though.

Here's my entry:

There is a larger version if you want it. This one is only at 25% actual size.
