As MK mains I want to see what you all think about how bowser does with MK. I presonally think MK has an advantage does to his speed and bowser being a big target. But the bowser boards, however think Bowser is on par with MK.

I've actually done that before to bowser.

And some people did say that bowser goes even with him.

as Samurai Panda mentioned Bowser in a list of characters that go even with MK.

You're making such a big deal out of this. If you read the topic, almost all of us stated that Bowser is at a disadvantage. I can't recall myself or anyone else saying that Bowser is better. (minus the topic creator)

If you must know, us Bowser users aren't delusional idiots. We're perfectly aware that Bowser is at a disadvantage, but there's no way in hell the disadvantage is 20-80.

The cg doesn't work all the time. All he needs is a jump release.

Bowser's disadvantage is not 20-80. They're not even either.

EDIT: There are two matchup threads in the MK boards, an in-depth one and one stating the odds for each matchup. Does either say that MK beats bowser 80-20?

I was saving time by TXT writing and blatantly expressing my point.

For the record, I've never played a HUMAN Bowser player.

For 2., apparently speed IS everything because that's what makes MK top tier and Bowser middle tier.

You see more people finding a counter-character for MK. (DK, Snake, Falco), because they're CLOSER to MK in tier and most of the time it works.

I understand you have a right to defend Bowser, but facts are facts.

Here's the deal with fighting Bowser with MK. A bad bowser is VERY easy to beat as MK. That means, even if you're terrible, you will probably absolutely demolish your friend's bowser of equal skill.

However, things change once the Bowser gets better. It's certainly not an advantage for the Bowser all of a sudden, but proper spacing and properly used out of shield options give Bowser a big boost against MK.

Then again, a big boost means going from 80-20 in the noob-noob match-up to 65-35 with two good players.

That's my two cents, at least.
