There are trees and ferns everywhere, underfoot, above foot, at eye line, blocking out a lot of the sun.
As you wander through the jungle, the foliage immediately covers up your tracks and the path, making where you are and where you came from indiscernible
There is something of a rustic beauty you notice in this thick jungle, seemingly untouched by human hands.
I'm sure you would enjoy it more were you not completely lost
You get this sense of foreboding in this dense jungle, and decide you are not the adventurer you thought you were.
You turn to go back from whence you came only to discover...more jungle.

Normal Directions are NORTH SOUTH EAST and WEST

CHECK RIFLE AMMO COUNT
The rifle is in suprisingly good condition, despite being found in a wreck. It is not loaded

We don't have any ammo! None of our examinations of wreckage or the plane found any ammo!
Let's hope we find some ammo for this exact rifle somewhere in the jungle. Upon entering the jungle, we can either adventure NORTH or EAST. I will let someone else decide that.

Your stomach rumbles due to lack of food, but it needs a much stronger argument to convince you cannibalism is the answer.
