Most Likely just to the part where They took the land from the French (aka Quebec area) during the French and Indian War. The majority of the people there were French and still are because the British never forced them to leave. (Or at least that i know of..)

I've already seen that one before.
There are still some seriously significant differences like laws, climate, atmosphere and culture, though I think the latter two are what's usually considered the most if one is planning to move to another country. Laws may come into play too, depending on what they are and the strictness of them.57

It kinda depends on your definition of sound. Without a doubt, the tree creates vibrations in the air when it falls. If you define sound simply as "vibrations in the air, then, yes, it made a sound. But if you define sound as the vibrations perceived by human ears, then, no, it does not make a sound.When a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear, does it make a sound?
