You should try Realm of the Mad God. Combines RPG, MMO, Bullet Hell, and Rougelikes all into one, and works somehow.

I have, its awesome. I do, however, enjoy more original/text based ones.
However, Realm of the Mad God falls into the same vein as:
Nuclear Throne
Rouge Legacy
Downwell

They're incredibly fun, but rather unforgiving. I like a challenge.

I haven't played Realm in AGES, but I'm going to start picking it up again.

Downwell is almost brutally hard, but is really addicting. It gets easier with practice, but requires fast reactions, which I wish I had (they're ok, but could be better).
