Alright, so...more bad news. My dad finally spoke to the super top guy of the American Legion today. Basically, he said that the original price they gave wouldn't fly for an all-day rental, because their usual rentals are for 4 hours rather than the 11 or 12 we're looking for. We got an updated quote and...wow, it's expensive.

Basically, in order to break even, we're looking at a mandatory attendance of 90. May 29th is going to be the definitive date. Posting a thread either later or tomorrow.
